Ils sont naturellement curieux, imaginatifs et toujours en train d&rsquo;apprendre, toujours \u00e0 la recherche de nouvelles exp\u00e9riences et d&rsquo;informations. Ils savent ce qu&rsquo;ils veulent et le poursuivent de tout leur c\u0153ur. Entendez-vous votre moi d&rsquo;enfant dans cette description ?   <\/p>\n<p>Il y a beaucoup de bonnes choses dans le fait d'\u00a0\u00bb\u00eatre adulte\u00a0\u00bb : les connaissances et l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience acquises, le fait de savoir ce que l&rsquo;on veut et ce que l&rsquo;on ne veut pas, la discipline qui permet de s&rsquo;atteler \u00e0 une t\u00e2che m\u00eame si l&rsquo;on n&rsquo;a pas envie de l&rsquo;achever. Ce sont des choses que les enfants ne savent pas faire. Mais qu&rsquo;en est-il des avantages que nous avons perdus ? O\u00f9 sont pass\u00e9es cette curiosit\u00e9 naturelle et cette vivacit\u00e9 d&rsquo;esprit ?   <\/p>\n<p>De nombreux experts en motivation aiment \u00e0 dire que les leaders sont faits, et non n\u00e9s. Je crois que nous sommes tous des leaders n\u00e9s, mais que certains d&rsquo;entre nous ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9programm\u00e9s en cours de route. Enfants, nous \u00e9tions des leaders naturels &#8211; curieux et humbles, toujours affam\u00e9s et assoiff\u00e9s de connaissances, dot\u00e9s d&rsquo;une imagination incroyablement vive ; et nous avions souvent la capacit\u00e9 de motiver, d&rsquo;inspirer et d&rsquo;influencer tous ceux qui nous entouraient pour qu&rsquo;ils nous aident \u00e0 accomplir notre mission. Alors pourquoi est-ce si difficile \u00e0 faire \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e2ge adulte ? Que s&rsquo;est-il pass\u00e9 ?    <\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #a82e2e;\"><strong>Non, ne pas, ne pas pouvoir<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Enfants, nous avons entendu les mots \u00ab\u00a0non\u00a0\u00bb, \u00ab\u00a0ne pas\u00a0\u00bb et \u00ab\u00a0ne pas pouvoir\u00a0\u00bb \u00e0 maintes reprises. Nous devions rester assis en silence dans les classes de l&rsquo;\u00e9cole, \u00e9coutant le professeur nous donner des cours de math\u00e9matiques, d&rsquo;histoire et de grammaire. Les limites sont une bonne chose pour les enfants, et l&rsquo;\u00e9ducation est importante. Mais elles ne favorisent pas la curiosit\u00e9 et ne nous incitent pas \u00e0 poser des questions difficiles ou \u00e0 rechercher des informations au-del\u00e0 de ce que l&rsquo;on nous donne, ce qui est pourtant essentiel pour un grand dirigeant.   <\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #a82e2e;\"><strong>Retrouver la curiosit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;enfance<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Pour devenir un grand dirigeant, nous devons notamment lib\u00e9rer la curiosit\u00e9 que nous avions lorsque nous \u00e9tions enfants. Nous devons nous donner la permission de poser des questions, non seulement de sortir des sentiers battus, mais aussi de poser des questions sans r\u00e9ponse facile. <\/p>\n<p>Autorisez-vous \u00e0 ne pas conna\u00eetre les r\u00e9ponses. Demandez de l&rsquo;aide. Consultez des experts. Formez-vous. Recherchez de nouvelles connaissances et informations et donnez \u00e0 votre \u00e9quipe la permission de faire de m\u00eame. Votre ouverture d&rsquo;esprit et votre volont\u00e9 de vous tromper ou d&rsquo;apprendre de nouvelles choses leur donneront confiance et les inciteront \u00e0 faire de m\u00eame. Personne n&rsquo;aime travailler pour quelqu&rsquo;un qui pense tout savoir et avoir toujours raison.      <\/p>\n<p>Lib\u00e9rez donc votre enfant int\u00e9rieur. Faites taire vos peurs et laissez libre cours \u00e0 votre curiosit\u00e9. Embrassez le voyage vers une plus grande connaissance.
