On a parfois l&rsquo;impression que si les gens faisaient ce que nous voulons qu&rsquo;ils fassent de la mani\u00e8re dont nous le voulons, tout serait si simple. <\/p>\n<p>Les grands dirigeants r\u00e9sistent \u00e0 cette tentation car ils savent que le type de leadership le plus efficace consiste \u00e0 donner \u00e0 leurs subordonn\u00e9s et aux membres de leur \u00e9quipe les moyens de prendre des d\u00e9cisions et de s&rsquo;approprier les t\u00e2ches. Rappelez-vous : les grands dirigeants cr\u00e9ent d&rsquo;autres grands dirigeants. <\/p>\n<p>Il est plus facile que vous ne le pensez de motiver les gens \u00e0 s&rsquo;approprier un projet. L&rsquo;un des \u00e9l\u00e9ments cl\u00e9s consiste simplement \u00e0 comprendre ce qui motive les membres de votre \u00e9quipe. Quelles sont leurs valeurs ? Qu&rsquo;attendent-ils de leur travail pour se sentir \u00e9panouis ? Quel est le style de management le plus propice \u00e0 cette r\u00e9ussite ?    <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Identifier les principaux facteurs de motivation<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Vous pouvez d\u00e9terminer ce qui motive votre \u00e9quipe de diff\u00e9rentes mani\u00e8res. Lorsque l&rsquo;un des membres de votre \u00e9quipe apporte une nouvelle id\u00e9e ou une plainte, prenez le temps d&rsquo;\u00e9couter ce qu&rsquo;il dit. Ne vous contentez pas de l&rsquo;id\u00e9e ou de la plainte. Demandez-leur pourquoi ce probl\u00e8me leur tient \u00e0 c\u0153ur. Qu&rsquo;est-ce qui rend ce probl\u00e8me si important ?    <\/p>\n<p>Saisissez l&rsquo;occasion d&rsquo;impliquer le membre de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe dans la solution. Si le probl\u00e8me est important pour lui, la solution le sera \u00e9galement. M\u00eame si vous ne pouvez pas mettre en \u0153uvre ses id\u00e9es ou ses solutions, faites de votre mieux pour qu&rsquo;il participe au r\u00e9sultat de mani\u00e8re positive.  <\/p>\n<p>Les compliments sont un autre grand facteur de motivation. Attirez l&rsquo;attention sur les succ\u00e8s des membres de votre \u00e9quipe. F\u00e9licitez-les pour le travail bien fait. Cela peut sembler anodin, mais trop souvent, sur le lieu de travail, nous n&rsquo;entendons des commentaires n\u00e9gatifs que lorsque nous faisons quelque chose qui doit \u00eatre corrig\u00e9. Les commentaires positifs nous permettent de savoir que nous faisons bien les choses et nous motivent \u00e0 continuer \u00e0 les faire avec succ\u00e8s. Nous nous sentons ainsi valoris\u00e9s et appr\u00e9ci\u00e9s.     <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Des outils pour r\u00e9ussir<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Il est parfois difficile de voir comment les motivations des diff\u00e9rents membres de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe s&rsquo;accordent pour b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier \u00e0 l&rsquo;ensemble du groupe. Il peut \u00eatre difficile de savoir comment motiver certaines personnes \u00e0 s&rsquo;investir dans vos objectifs. Ou encore, vous cherchez peut-\u00eatre simplement un moyen plus complet d&rsquo;identifier les motivations de votre groupe.  <\/p>\n<p>Un test de personnalit\u00e9 est un excellent outil pour vous aider \u00e0 comprendre ce qui motive les membres de votre \u00e9quipe. Un test peut aider \u00e0 identifier les facteurs de motivation au travail, les domaines de satisfaction et d&rsquo;insatisfaction, ainsi que fournir un guide pour une vie professionnelle et priv\u00e9e plus \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e. Tous ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments sont b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques pour vous en tant que dirigeant, car ils rendent votre \u00e9quipe plus efficace.
