Non seulement il aide l&rsquo;individu \u00e0 se d\u00e9velopper et \u00e0 s&rsquo;\u00e9panouir, mais il montre que nous sommes pr\u00eats \u00e0 investir en lui et que nous croyons en son potentiel. <\/p>\n<p>Un coaching efficace permet aux employ\u00e9s d&rsquo;\u00eatre plus comp\u00e9tents, de travailler de mani\u00e8re plus autonome, de produire un travail de meilleure qualit\u00e9 et d&rsquo;\u00eatre plus motiv\u00e9s. Un coaching r\u00e9ussi augmente \u00e9galement les performances et les capacit\u00e9s de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe dans son ensemble. Voici cinq excellents conseils pour un coaching r\u00e9ussi.  <\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #993300;\">1. Donnez d&rsquo;abord aux membres de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe la possibilit\u00e9 de s&rsquo;auto-\u00e9valuer.<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Avant de donner votre avis, donnez toujours aux membres de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe l&rsquo;occasion de s&rsquo;auto-\u00e9valuer. Encourager l&rsquo;auto-\u00e9valuation est utile \u00e0 plusieurs \u00e9gards. Tout d&rsquo;abord, cela encourage l&rsquo;am\u00e9lioration m\u00eame lorsque vous n&rsquo;\u00eates pas en train de coacher. Cela vous permet \u00e9galement de d\u00e9terminer pourquoi l&#8217;employ\u00e9 n&rsquo;est pas aussi performant qu&rsquo;il le souhaiterait. Par exemple, elle peut r\u00e9v\u00e9ler qu&rsquo;il ne sait pas qu&rsquo;il fait quelque chose de mani\u00e8re incorrecte.    <\/p>\n<p>Les auto-\u00e9valuations aident \u00e9galement les membres de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe \u00e0 renforcer leur estime de soi. Elles renforcent l&rsquo;id\u00e9e que vous, en tant que manager ou chef, les \u00e9coutez, appr\u00e9ciez leurs points de vue et les consid\u00e9rez comme une partie importante de votre \u00e9quipe. Elle augmente \u00e9galement les chances que les comportements probl\u00e9matiques changent.  <\/p>\n<p>Si un employ\u00e9 n&rsquo;identifie pas les domaines que vous avez identifi\u00e9s (ou les identifie de mani\u00e8re incorrecte), posez-lui des questions de plus en plus pr\u00e9cises pour lui permettre de s&rsquo;auto-\u00e9valuer, si possible. Vous pourrez ainsi d\u00e9terminer si l&#8217;employ\u00e9 ne sait pas ce que l&rsquo;on attend de lui, s&rsquo;il n&rsquo;a pas les comp\u00e9tences requises ou s&rsquo;il choisit simplement de ne pas les d\u00e9montrer. <\/p>\n<p>Avant de passer \u00e0 d&rsquo;autres parties de votre session de coaching, assurez-vous de renforcer l&rsquo;auto-\u00e9valuation correcte. Reportez ou redirigez les auto-\u00e9valuations inappropri\u00e9es ou incorrectes. <\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #993300;\">2. Ensuite, utilisez des outils d&rsquo;\u00e9valuation.<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Il existe diff\u00e9rents types d&rsquo;outils d&rsquo;\u00e9valuation que vous pouvez utiliser pour obtenir encore plus d&rsquo;informations sur la personne. Ses zones de talent, ses opportunit\u00e9s de d\u00e9veloppement, ses angles morts et son potentiel cach\u00e9. Vous pouvez utiliser des questionnaires psychom\u00e9triques, des \u00e9valuations de potentiel ou des outils de feed-back \u00e0 360\u00b0. Lorsque vous utilisez un outil d&rsquo;\u00e9valuation en plus de l&rsquo;auto-\u00e9valuation et de vos propres observations, vous ajoutez de l&rsquo;objectivit\u00e9 et des informations plus d\u00e9taill\u00e9es pour vous aider \u00e0 identifier les priorit\u00e9s et les prochaines \u00e9tapes. Limitez le champ d&rsquo;action.<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Lors des s\u00e9ances de coaching, il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de se concentrer sur environ deux points forts qui peuvent \u00eatre exploit\u00e9s et sur environ deux domaines \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper. Il est essentiel de limiter la discussion pour plusieurs raisons. <\/p>\n<p>Tout d&rsquo;abord, le fait de se concentrer sur deux domaines de d\u00e9veloppement seulement permet de s&rsquo;assurer que le membre de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe atteint le niveau de comp\u00e9tence requis. L&rsquo;adoption de nouvelles proc\u00e9dures ou la rupture avec des sch\u00e9mas erron\u00e9s est un processus difficile. Ajouter trop de changements \u00e0 la liste de t\u00e2ches d&rsquo;un membre de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe en une seule fois risque de provoquer plus de frustration et de confusion que de succ\u00e8s.  <\/p>\n<p>Il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de commencer par les deux domaines d&rsquo;am\u00e9lioration les plus importants et de se concentrer sur eux pour renforcer la r\u00e9ussite et la confiance. Une fois que ces domaines ont \u00e9t\u00e9 am\u00e9lior\u00e9s, vous disposez d&rsquo;un bilan positif de l&rsquo;am\u00e9lioration, ce qui dynamisera votre membre de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe et l&rsquo;encouragera \u00e0 continuer d&rsquo;accro\u00eetre ses comp\u00e9tences. Une fois ces progr\u00e8s r\u00e9alis\u00e9s, vous pouvez introduire deux nouveaux domaines d&rsquo;am\u00e9lioration.  <\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #993300;\">4. Commencez et terminez par des commentaires positifs.<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>La fa\u00e7on dont vous entamez la conversation donne le ton de ce qui va suivre. Commencer par des points positifs est motivant et aide \u00e0 mettre les membres de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe dans un bon \u00e9tat d&rsquo;esprit. Cela renforce les bons comportements que nous voulons que les membres de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe continuent ou augmentent, et cela permet de faciliter la session de coaching. Elle contribue \u00e9galement \u00e0 renforcer l&rsquo;estime de soi. Faites savoir aux gens quels changements positifs vous avez remarqu\u00e9s et f\u00e9licitez-les pour leurs efforts.    <\/p>\n<p>Lorsque nous sommes dans un \u00e9tat d&rsquo;esprit positif, nous sommes tous plus ouverts au changement. Au cours de la s\u00e9ance de coaching, une discussion concr\u00e8te sur les domaines \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper, avec des exemples concrets, permet de s&rsquo;assurer que les membres de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe se concentrent sur ces domaines. Terminez la r\u00e9union en leur faisant savoir que vous croyez en eux et que vous \u00eates \u00e0 leur disposition s&rsquo;ils ont besoin de soutien.  <\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #993300;\">5. Le coaching ne remplace pas la correction.<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Le coaching ne doit pas \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 comme une version plus douce de l&rsquo;action corrective ; en cas de probl\u00e8me de performance, prenez le temps de r\u00e9soudre le probl\u00e8me. Si un probl\u00e8me de performance survient, prenez le temps de le r\u00e9soudre. Le fait de ne pas traiter les probl\u00e8mes ou de mal les traiter peut avoir un impact n\u00e9gatif sur les autres membres de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe. Il est difficile de continuer \u00e0 faire de son mieux lorsqu&rsquo;un autre membre de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe re\u00e7oit la m\u00eame r\u00e9compense ou les m\u00eames \u00e9loges pour un travail m\u00e9diocre.
