Communiquer des conditions pr\u00e9cises de satisfaction.<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>L&rsquo;une des raisons pour lesquelles les gens h\u00e9sitent \u00e0 d\u00e9l\u00e9guer leur travail est la crainte que la t\u00e2che soit mal ex\u00e9cut\u00e9e ou qu&rsquo;elle reste inachev\u00e9e. La meilleure fa\u00e7on de lutter contre ce probl\u00e8me est de communiquer clairement les attentes. Veillez \u00e0 pr\u00e9ciser le d\u00e9lai, le budget, le contexte, les r\u00e9sultats attendus et toute circonstance particuli\u00e8re. Demandez \u00e0 votre co\u00e9quipier de vous r\u00e9sumer ce qu&rsquo;il a entendu de votre part. Cela permet de s&rsquo;assurer que vous avez communiqu\u00e9 vos besoins de mani\u00e8re efficace et qu&rsquo;ils se sentent en confiance.    <\/p>\n<p>Veillez \u00e9galement \u00e0 clarifier la mani\u00e8re dont vous souhaitez tous deux traiter les questions qu&rsquo;ils pourraient avoir \u00e0 propos de la t\u00e2che. Ainsi, vous pourrez tous deux vous r\u00e9f\u00e9rer au document ou \u00e0 l&rsquo;e-mail et voir pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment ce qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 discut\u00e9. Il peut \u00eatre difficile de se fier uniquement \u00e0 sa m\u00e9moire, surtout lorsque l&rsquo;on jongle avec de nombreuses autres t\u00e2ches ou projets.  <\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #993300;\">3. \u00c9laborez un plan.<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Si le projet ou la t\u00e2che que vous d\u00e9l\u00e9guez est simple, cette \u00e9tape peut \u00eatre tr\u00e8s facile. Mettez en place une structure de responsabilisation.<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Tenez compte de la dur\u00e9e et de la complexit\u00e9 du projet. D\u00e9cidez \u00e0 quelle fr\u00e9quence et sous quelle forme vous souhaitez \u00eatre inform\u00e9 de l&rsquo;avancement de la t\u00e2che.
