Malheureusement, le stress et la fatigue font partie de la vie. En fait, c&rsquo;est en partie gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 eux que les jours o\u00f9 nous avons beaucoup d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie ou que nous nous sentons calmes et apais\u00e9s sont si merveilleux. La meilleure solution consiste \u00e0 disposer de strat\u00e9gies de gestion de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie et du stress dans notre arsenal pour nous aider les jours difficiles. Voici cinq excellents conseils pour la gestion de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie et du stress.    <\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #993300;\">1. S&rsquo;adapter plut\u00f4t qu&rsquo;\u00e9viter<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Il peut \u00eatre tentant d&rsquo;\u00e9viter les situations ou les choix stressants en les reportant le plus longtemps possible. \u00c9viter la t\u00e2che la plus difficile de notre liste de choses \u00e0 faire ou reporter cette r\u00e9union avec une personne difficile peut \u00eatre agr\u00e9able sur le moment. Mais cela ne fait que nous donner plus de temps pour nous pr\u00e9occuper de l&rsquo;\u00e9v\u00e9nement. Repousser une r\u00e9union ou une t\u00e2che \u00e0 la fin de la journ\u00e9e peut \u00e9galement signifier nous demander de nous atteler \u00e0 cette t\u00e2che alors que nos ressources ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9puis\u00e9es par d&rsquo;autres travaux.   <\/p>\n<p>Au contraire, utilisez votre rythme \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique naturel \u00e0 votre avantage. \u00c0 quel moment de la journ\u00e9e vous sentez-vous le plus \u00e9nergique et le plus vif ? Programmez votre t\u00e2che ou votre r\u00e9union la plus difficile \u00e0 ce moment-l\u00e0. Ou bien, programmez-la en d\u00e9but de journ\u00e9e, afin d&rsquo;en finir rapidement et de passer ensuite \u00e0 des t\u00e2ches plus faciles. Transpirez<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>L&rsquo;exercice physique est un excellent moyen de lutter contre le stress. Il fait bouger notre corps, br\u00fble une partie de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie anxieuse et augmente le flux sanguin vers notre cerveau. Lorsque nous faisons de l&rsquo;exercice, nous concentrons \u00e9galement certaines parties de notre cerveau sur l&rsquo;activit\u00e9 physique. Nous nous concentrons sur l&rsquo;\u00e9quilibre, la coordination et la respiration. Cela permet \u00e0 d&rsquo;autres parties de notre cerveau de se reposer, ce qui peut briser le cycle de la roue de hamster dans lequel nous tombons parfois.    <\/p>\n<p>Si vous n&rsquo;aimez pas faire de l&rsquo;exercice, essayez de trouver un passe-temps ou un cours actif. Pensez \u00e0 vous inscrire \u00e0 un cours de danse, \u00e0 une \u00e9quipe sportive locale ou \u00e0 un programme d&rsquo;arts martiaux. L&rsquo;objectif est de faire bouger votre corps tout en vous amusant !  <\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #993300;\">4. Rechercher l&rsquo;\u00e9quilibre<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Votre \u00e9quilibre travail-loisir est-il rompu ces derniers temps ? Lorsque nous sommes stress\u00e9s, il est facile de se retirer des activit\u00e9s r\u00e9cr\u00e9atives sans s&rsquo;en rendre compte. Vous vous sentez en manque de loisirs ? Envisagez de prendre une journ\u00e9e ou un apr\u00e8s-midi de cong\u00e9. En donnant \u00e0 votre corps le temps de se ressourcer et de se d\u00e9tendre, vous augmenterez votre productivit\u00e9 et votre concentration une fois de retour au travail. M\u00eame s&rsquo;il peut \u00eatre difficile de s&rsquo;\u00e9vader, le jeu en vaut la chandelle.     <\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #993300;\">5. Donnez la priorit\u00e9 au sommeil<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Selon de nombreux experts du sommeil, les adultes en bonne sant\u00e9 ont besoin d&rsquo;au moins sept heures de sommeil par nuit. Un sommeil de mauvaise qualit\u00e9 ou un nombre insuffisant d&rsquo;heures de sommeil peut exacerber le stress et entra\u00eener d&rsquo;autres probl\u00e8mes. Le manque de sommeil r\u00e9duit notre capacit\u00e9 de concentration et notre temps de r\u00e9action.  <\/p>\n<p>Si vous ne dormez pas assez, r\u00e9fl\u00e9chissez aux causes possibles. Avez-vous besoin de commencer une routine de relaxation un peu plus t\u00f4t dans la soir\u00e9e ? Votre espace de sommeil est-il confortable, calme et silencieux ?  <\/p>\n<p>En vous reposant suffisamment, vous \u00eates mieux \u00e0 m\u00eame de r\u00e9soudre les probl\u00e8mes et de r\u00e9agir aux changements de la journ\u00e9e. Cela se traduit par des humeurs plus stables et une meilleure concentration.
