Ensuite, expliquez comment cela a eu un impact positif sur l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe ou sur l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience d&rsquo;un client.  <\/p>\n<p>Un retour d&rsquo;information positif r\u00e9gulier est l&rsquo;un des moyens les plus efficaces de motiver vos employ\u00e9s. Il assure aux membres de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe que leur travail est appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 \u00e0 sa juste valeur. La reconnaissance positive leur permet \u00e9galement de savoir ce que vous voulez qu&rsquo;ils continuent \u00e0 faire et comment vous voulez qu&rsquo;ils le fassent.
