Il s&rsquo;agit de comprendre comment les motiver, comment trouver leurs points forts et les mettre au service de votre \u00e9quipe. L&rsquo;intelligence \u00e9motionnelle est un outil puissant que les dirigeants utilisent pour motiver et communiquer efficacement avec leurs \u00e9quipes. Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;un ensemble de comp\u00e9tences qui aide les dirigeants \u00e0 lire la pi\u00e8ce et \u00e0 modifier leur approche en fonction du type de retour d&rsquo;information ou d&rsquo;orientation dont les membres de leur \u00e9quipe ont besoin \u00e0 ce moment pr\u00e9cis.   <\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;un des principaux piliers de l&rsquo;intelligence \u00e9motionnelle est l&rsquo;autor\u00e9flexion et la conscience de soi. Contrairement \u00e0 ce que vous pensez peut-\u00eatre, ce n&rsquo;est pas l&rsquo;introspection qui permet d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer la r\u00e9flexion sur soi. Lorsque nous nous fions uniquement \u00e0 la perception que nous avons de nous-m\u00eames, nous nous trompons souvent. Pourquoi ?   <\/p>\n<p>Nous avons tendance \u00e0 \u00eatre nos propres angles morts. Nous connaissons et comprenons d\u00e9j\u00e0 notre propre point de vue, mais ce qui manque, sans l&rsquo;apport des autres, c&rsquo;est la fa\u00e7on dont ce que nous disons et la mani\u00e8re dont nous le disons les fait se sentir. M\u00eame si nous voulions dire quelque chose comme une simple d\u00e9claration de fait, cela peut \u00eatre per\u00e7u comme une insulte directe, selon notre timing et l&rsquo;expression de notre visage au moment o\u00f9 nous transmettons cette information.  <\/p>\n<p>Lorsque nous demandons l&rsquo;avis des autres, cela nous aide \u00e0 combler ces lacunes. Cela nous donne de nouvelles informations \u00e0 prendre en compte et nous aide \u00e0 comprendre l&rsquo;\u00e9cart entre ce que nous avons essay\u00e9 d&rsquo;exprimer et le message que les autres ont re\u00e7u. <\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #993300;\">Voici quatre fa\u00e7ons d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer votre connaissance de soi et de stimuler votre intelligence \u00e9motionnelle.<\/span><\/h2>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #993300;\">1. Choisissez des personnes qui peuvent se permettre d&rsquo;\u00eatre honn\u00eates.<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>La flatterie n&rsquo;est pas un retour d&rsquo;information honn\u00eate, et elle ne vous aidera certainement pas \u00e0 vous faire une id\u00e9e pr\u00e9cise de vous-m\u00eame. Alors, \u00e0 qui demander un retour d&rsquo;information ? Id\u00e9alement, vous demandez \u00e0 des personnes qui peuvent se permettre d&rsquo;\u00eatre honn\u00eates. Choisissez des personnes qui n&rsquo;ont pas besoin de vous plut\u00f4t que des personnes qui d\u00e9pendent de votre avis sur l&rsquo;\u00e9valuation d&rsquo;un employ\u00e9 ou sur un \u00e9l\u00e9ment essentiel d&rsquo;un projet de collaboration.   <\/p>\n<p>Si vous demandez \u00e0 des personnes d&rsquo;\u00e9valuer une situation sp\u00e9cifique, il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de demander \u00e0 quelqu&rsquo;un qui \u00e9tait pr\u00e9sent dans la pi\u00e8ce au moment des faits. Ainsi, leur r\u00e9action ne sera pas influenc\u00e9e par votre version des faits, qui sera toujours limit\u00e9e \u00e0 votre point de vue. <\/p>\n<p>Demandez \u00e0 plusieurs personnes. Les membres de votre \u00e9quipe et les autres personnes qui vous entourent ne sont pas un monolithe. Une personne peut trouver qu&rsquo;un commentaire que vous avez fait est profond\u00e9ment offensant, tandis qu&rsquo;une autre n&rsquo;a peut-\u00eatre m\u00eame pas compris que vous l&rsquo;aviez dit. En interrogeant plusieurs personnes, vous avez la possibilit\u00e9 de d\u00e9celer une tendance. Si plusieurs personnes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 g\u00ean\u00e9es par quelque chose que vous avez dit ou fait, il s&rsquo;agit probablement d&rsquo;une situation que vous devez r\u00e9examiner afin d&rsquo;accepter la responsabilit\u00e9 de tout ce qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9plac\u00e9.    <\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #993300;\">2. Posez des questions ouvertes<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Nous avons tous eu des conversations au cours desquelles quelqu&rsquo;un a pos\u00e9 une question de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;il n&rsquo;y ait qu&rsquo;une seule bonne r\u00e9ponse. Si vous posez des questions suggestives, vous avez plus de chances d&rsquo;obtenir des r\u00e9ponses biais\u00e9es. (Vous ne pensez pas que j&rsquo;ai \u00e9t\u00e9 trop dur en la confrontant, n&rsquo;est-ce pas ?) Il peut \u00eatre tentant de le faire lorsque nous cherchons \u00e0 recruter des personnes de notre c\u00f4t\u00e9 dans un conflit, mais c&rsquo;est particuli\u00e8rement inutile lorsque vous essayez d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer votre compr\u00e9hension de la fa\u00e7on dont les gens vous per\u00e7oivent.   <\/p>\n<p>Au lieu de poser des questions auxquelles on peut r\u00e9pondre en \u00e9tant d&rsquo;accord ou non avec votre position, posez des questions qui permettent \u00e0 l&rsquo;auteur du feed-back d&rsquo;\u00e9laborer ses propres jugements. (Comment pensez-vous que la r\u00e9union s&rsquo;est d\u00e9roul\u00e9e ? Que pensez-vous de mon approche ? Etc.) <\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #993300;\">3. Choisissez votre moment<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Il est tout aussi important de choisir le bon moment pour demander un retour d&rsquo;information que de choisir la bonne personne \u00e0 qui le demander. S&rsquo;adresser \u00e0 quelqu&rsquo;un alors qu&rsquo;il part d\u00e9jeuner ou se rend \u00e0 une r\u00e9union importante peut signifier que cette personne n&rsquo;est pas vraiment concentr\u00e9e sur ce que vous dites. Elle peut se montrer d\u00e9daigneuse ou \u00eatre d&rsquo;accord avec vous sans r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir profond\u00e9ment \u00e0 votre question parce que son esprit est d\u00e9j\u00e0 accapar\u00e9 par sa prochaine t\u00e2che.  <\/p>\n<p>En demandant si le moment est bien choisi pour l&rsquo;interrompre ou en demandant de fixer un moment plus tard dans la journ\u00e9e pour une r\u00e9union rapide, vous pouvez vous assurer que vous serez entendu et qu&rsquo;il aura le temps de vous r\u00e9pondre avec pr\u00e9cision.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #993300;\">  4. R\u00e9sistez \u00e0 l&rsquo;envie d&rsquo;expliquer ou de vous d\u00e9fendre <\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Lorsque quelqu&rsquo;un vous fait part de ses commentaires, la meilleure chose \u00e0 faire est d&rsquo;\u00e9couter. R\u00e9sistez \u00e0 l&rsquo;envie de vous d\u00e9fendre ou d&rsquo;expliquer vos actions ou votre comportement. \u00c9coutez simplement ce que la personne a \u00e0 dire et remerciez-la d&rsquo;avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 honn\u00eate. Posez des questions de clarification si vous n&rsquo;\u00eates pas s\u00fbr de ce qu&rsquo;elle veut dire.   <\/p>\n<p>Une fois la conversation termin\u00e9e, accordez-vous un peu de temps pour analyser ce qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 dit. Pouvez-vous comprendre le point de vue de votre co\u00e9quipier ? Cela vous semble-t-il logique ?
