D\u00e9finissez vos attentes<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Prenez un moment pour penser \u00e0 chaque membre de votre \u00e9quipe. Pensez \u00e0 chaque personne et \u00e0 vos attentes en mati\u00e8re de performances. Pensez-vous que cette personne est capable d&rsquo;apprendre facilement de nouvelles t\u00e2ches ? Peut-elle accomplir plus que les t\u00e2ches qui lui sont confi\u00e9es actuellement ? Avez-vous des attentes plus ou moins \u00e9lev\u00e9es \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9gard de cette personne ? Dans quelle mesure pensez-vous qu&rsquo;elle est consciente de vos attentes ?     <\/p>\n<p>Lorsque vous \u00e9valuez vos attentes, demandez-vous \u00e9galement si elles sont r\u00e9alistes.
