Chaque g\u00e9n\u00e9ration se caract\u00e9rise par des valeurs et des priorit\u00e9s diff\u00e9rentes sur le lieu de travail. Le retour d&rsquo;information reste le petit d\u00e9jeuner des champions<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Toutes les g\u00e9n\u00e9rations veulent un retour d&rsquo;information, en particulier un retour d&rsquo;information positif. Les gens ont besoin de se sentir appr\u00e9ci\u00e9s et la reconnaissance est presque toujours la bienvenue.
