C&rsquo;est l&rsquo;une des meilleures qualit\u00e9s de s\u00e9rendipit\u00e9 d&rsquo;un groupe de collaboration. Ce qui n&rsquo;\u00e9tait au d\u00e9part qu&rsquo;une id\u00e9e ordinaire ou \u00e0 moiti\u00e9 impossible peut contourner un cercle de brainstorming et devenir une solution de g\u00e9nie entre les mains d&rsquo;une \u00e9quipe collaborative. Voici quatre fa\u00e7ons de cr\u00e9er une culture d&rsquo;\u00e9quipe collaborative.    <\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #993300;\">1. Encourager l&rsquo;ouverture d&rsquo;esprit et le respect<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>La premi\u00e8re r\u00e8gle pour cr\u00e9er une \u00e9quipe collaborative est que l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe doit \u00eatre un lieu s\u00fbr o\u00f9 l&rsquo;on peut s&rsquo;exprimer. Si les membres de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe ne peuvent pas partager ouvertement leurs id\u00e9es, m\u00eame les mauvaises, ils se retireront de la discussion. Montrez l&rsquo;exemple dans vos relations avec le groupe. Si quelqu&rsquo;un partage une opinion qui ne fonctionnera pas, remerciez-le pour sa contribution. Si vous voyez des membres de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe se rabaisser les uns les autres, r\u00e9orientez la conversation, prenez la personne \u00e0 part en priv\u00e9 et encouragez-la \u00e0 travailler sur son ouverture d&rsquo;esprit.   <\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #993300;\">2. Se concentrer sur des priorit\u00e9s significatives<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Les gens ne peuvent se concentrer que sur quelques objectifs \u00e0 la fois ; limitez donc l&rsquo;attention de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe \u00e0 trois objectifs sp\u00e9cifiques ou moins \u00e0 la fois. D\u00e9cidez en \u00e9quipe de quelques objectifs inspirants et significatifs. <\/p>\n<p>Veillez \u00e0 ce que chaque membre de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe comprenne comment il peut contribuer et en quoi la r\u00e9alisation de ces objectifs a un impact ou un avantage pour lui. Mettez en place un plan d&rsquo;action et commencez \u00e0 suivre les progr\u00e8s de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe. <\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #993300;\">3. Faites participer tout le monde \u00e0 la r\u00e9solution des probl\u00e8mes<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Donnez \u00e0 votre \u00e9quipe l&rsquo;occasion d&rsquo;\u00e9tablir des relations entre eux en les faisant participer \u00e0 des t\u00e2ches de r\u00e9solution de probl\u00e8mes en \u00e9quipe. Cela leur permet de s&rsquo;\u00e9couter les uns les autres et de r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir ensemble.
