L&rsquo;ann\u00e9e a peut-\u00eatre \u00e9t\u00e9 marqu\u00e9e par des difficult\u00e9s et des pertes inattendues, mais aussi par des succ\u00e8s et des victoires \u00e0 c\u00e9l\u00e9brer. Il est important de ne pas oublier les membres de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe qui ont travers\u00e9 les hauts et les bas de la vie cette ann\u00e9e et de leur faire part de la mani\u00e8re dont ils ont contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 nous aider \u00e0 contourner les difficult\u00e9s et \u00e0 atteindre nos objectifs cette ann\u00e9e.  <\/p>\n<p>Le fait est que, dans notre monde post-pand\u00e9mique, un peu d&rsquo;encouragement peut faire beaucoup. Forbes a r\u00e9cemment publi\u00e9 un article expliquant en d\u00e9tail comment la reconnaissance des employ\u00e9s augmente leur loyaut\u00e9 (ce qui, soit dit en passant, a un impact significatif sur la loyaut\u00e9 des clients et la croissance de l&rsquo;entreprise). Elle cr\u00e9e \u00e9galement un sentiment d&rsquo;utilit\u00e9 et d&rsquo;appartenance &#8211; le fait de savoir que notre travail est important nous donne l&rsquo;impression d&rsquo;\u00eatre un \u00e9l\u00e9ment essentiel de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe. Reconna\u00eetre les d\u00e9fis<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>L&rsquo;ann\u00e9e qui vient de s&rsquo;\u00e9couler n&rsquo;a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 de tout repos, qu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agisse de changements \u00e9conomiques ou de probl\u00e8mes de personnel, mais votre \u00e9quipe a su naviguer dans ces eaux ensemble. Il est normal de reconna\u00eetre qu&rsquo;il y a eu des moments difficiles et de remercier les membres de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe d&rsquo;avoir maintenu le cap et de s&rsquo;\u00eatre investis pour aider l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe \u00e0 atteindre l&rsquo;autre rive. Reconna\u00eetre les contributions individuelles<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Prenez le temps (inscrivez-le sur votre calendrier si n\u00e9cessaire) de r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir aux performances de votre \u00e9quipe au cours de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e \u00e9coul\u00e9e. Y a-t-il des cas o\u00f9 la nouvelle id\u00e9e d&rsquo;un membre de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe a permis d&rsquo;accro\u00eetre l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 ou le flux de travail ? Qui s&rsquo;est surpass\u00e9 lorsque les \u00e9ch\u00e9ances \u00e9taient imminentes ? Y a-t-il quelqu&rsquo;un qui s&rsquo;est montr\u00e9 \u00e0 la hauteur lorsque des d\u00e9fis se sont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s ?   <\/p>\n<p>Offrir aux membres de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe une prime de No\u00ebl ou une augmentation de salaire est une excellente fa\u00e7on de leur t\u00e9moigner votre reconnaissance, mais si vous n&rsquo;avez pas les moyens de le faire, la reconnaissance et l&rsquo;appr\u00e9ciation des employ\u00e9s constituent un autre moyen efficace de faire savoir \u00e0 votre \u00e9quipe que vous l&rsquo;appr\u00e9ciez. Vous pouvez r\u00e9diger et distribuer des cartes de v\u0153ux individuelles ou prendre la peine de parler \u00e0 votre \u00e9quipe, en lui donnant des exemples de la mani\u00e8re dont sa contribution \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe a eu un impact positif sur l&rsquo;entreprise et a r\u00e9pondu \u00e0 un besoin que vous aviez. <\/p>\n<p>Veillez \u00e0 ce que vos commentaires soient sp\u00e9cifiques et inclusifs.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #993300;\">3.
