On ne peut pas s&rsquo;entendre avec tout le monde, n&rsquo;est-ce pas ? Les relations difficiles peuvent \u00eatre stressantes, frustrantes et \u00e9puisantes. Mais ce n&rsquo;est pas une fatalit\u00e9.   <\/p>\n<p>Malheureusement, il est impossible de diriger une entreprise, d&rsquo;\u00eatre un leader ou de travailler avec des personnes sans \u00eatre confront\u00e9 \u00e0 des relations difficiles. Cependant, avec quelques outils simples, vous pouvez apprendre \u00e0 minimiser les montagnes russes que repr\u00e9sentent ces d\u00e9fis. Vous pouvez apprendre \u00e0 g\u00e9rer vos propres r\u00e9actions de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 mettre les gens \u00e0 l&rsquo;aise et \u00e0 d\u00e9samorcer les situations frustrantes plut\u00f4t que de les laisser d\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9rer en probl\u00e8mes plus graves. Voici quatre \u00e9tapes qui vous aideront \u00e0 g\u00e9rer ces situations difficiles dans votre vie professionnelle.   <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><b>R\u00e9alisez que vous faites partie de la m\u00eame \u00e9quipe.<\/b><\/span>  Que la personne avec laquelle vous avez des probl\u00e8mes soit un client, un coll\u00e8gue, un pair ou un ami, reconnaissez que c&rsquo;est le probl\u00e8me qui est en cause, et non la personne. Vous ne pouvez pas contr\u00f4ler la r\u00e9action ou la perception de la situation par l&rsquo;autre personne, mais vous pouvez certainement contr\u00f4ler la v\u00f4tre. Respirez profond\u00e9ment et changez d&rsquo;objectif : soyez dans la m\u00eame \u00ab\u00a0\u00e9quipe\u00a0\u00bb que la personne. Essayez de comprendre son point de vue. Abordez le probl\u00e8me <em>avec<\/em> elle, et non \u00e0 cause d&rsquo;elle.    <\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><b>Focus sur la question.<\/b> <\/span>Certaines personnes peuvent avoir des difficult\u00e9s \u00e0 communiquer ou \u00e0 s&rsquo;exprimer comme vous le souhaiteriez. Au lieu de r\u00e9agir \u00e0 la mani\u00e8re dont une personne d\u00e9livre une information, essayez de vous concentrer sur l&rsquo;information elle-m\u00eame. Quel est le probl\u00e8me r\u00e9el ? Essayez d&rsquo;utiliser l&rsquo;\u00e9coute r\u00e9flexive et reformulez le probl\u00e8me \u00e0 la personne. \u00ab\u00a0Ce que je vous entends dire, c&rsquo;est que vous \u00eates contrari\u00e9 par ceci&#8230;\u00a0\u00bb ou \u00ab\u00a0On dirait que vous \u00eates g\u00ean\u00e9 par ce qui s&rsquo;est pass\u00e9 quand&#8230;\u00a0\u00bb.    <\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><b>Validez les sentiments de la personne.<\/b><\/span>  Vous pouvez ne pas \u00eatre d&rsquo;accord avec quelqu&rsquo;un, mais l&#8217;empathie contribuera grandement \u00e0 r\u00e9parer une rupture entre l&rsquo;entreprise et le client ou entre le chef et le membre de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe. Prenez le temps d&rsquo;\u00e9couter attentivement la plainte dont la personne vous fait part. Ne l&rsquo;interrompez pas. Soyez conscient de votre langage corporel &#8211; assurez-vous que vos \u00e9paules sont ouvertes, que vos bras ne sont pas crois\u00e9s, que votre corps et votre visage sont tourn\u00e9s vers la personne. \u00c9tablissez un contact visuel. Hochez la t\u00eate pour montrer que vous \u00eates attentif et que vous comprenez ce qui se dit. Dites quelque chose comme : \u00ab\u00a0Je suis d\u00e9sol\u00e9 que cette exp\u00e9rience vous ait fait ressentir de la frustration\u00a0\u00bb. Faites savoir \u00e0 la personne que ses sentiments comptent. Vous n&rsquo;avez pas besoin d&rsquo;\u00eatre d&rsquo;accord avec la fa\u00e7on dont elle s&rsquo;est comport\u00e9e ou avec la solution qu&rsquo;elle demande. Reconnaissez simplement ce qu&rsquo;elle ressent.         <\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><b>Orienter la conversation vers le r\u00e9sultat.<\/b> <\/span>Une fois que vous avez \u00e9cout\u00e9 et valid\u00e9 les sentiments de la personne, vous pouvez commencer \u00e0 d\u00e9tourner la conversation du probl\u00e8me pour vous concentrer sur la solution. Faites-le doucement mais fermement. Parfois, les gens restent bloqu\u00e9s dans une boucle, r\u00e9p\u00e9tant et r\u00e9p\u00e9tant le probl\u00e8me et exacerbant toutes les \u00e9motions n\u00e9gatives qui y sont associ\u00e9es. Attirez-les vers la solution en leur disant par exemple : \u00ab\u00a0Je vois que cela vous d\u00e9range vraiment. Parlons de ce que nous pouvons faire pour r\u00e9soudre ce probl\u00e8me.\u00a0\u00bb   <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Parfois, la personne souhaite une solution impossible que vous n&rsquo;\u00eates pas en mesure de lui fournir. Ce que vous pouvez faire \u00e0 la place, c&rsquo;est vous concentrer sur une partie de la plainte qui peut faire l&rsquo;objet d&rsquo;une action et proposer une solution qui est possible. Vous pouvez reconna\u00eetre qu&rsquo;elle ne r\u00e9pond pas \u00e0 tous les probl\u00e8mes, mais c&rsquo;est un pas en avant vers une solution qui peut \u00eatre mise en \u0153uvre imm\u00e9diatement.  <\/p>\n<p>En pratiquant ces <strong>quatre \u00e9tapes<\/strong>, vous vous sentirez plus \u00e0 l&rsquo;aise et vous serez plus \u00e0 m\u00eame de les ex\u00e9cuter en douceur. La capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 g\u00e9rer des relations difficiles est un atout consid\u00e9rable pour un dirigeant.
