Les bons leaders ne se contentent pas de poser de bonnes questions, ils \u00e9coutent aussi les r\u00e9ponses. Demandez aux membres de votre organisation : \u00ab\u00a0Qu&rsquo;est-ce que notre organisation r\u00e9compense VRAIMENT ?\u00a0\u00bb \u00c9couter la r\u00e9ponse peut vous aider \u00e0 obtenir une augmentation consid\u00e9rable des r\u00e9sultats.   <\/p><p>Au fil des ans, j&rsquo;ai travaill\u00e9 avec des milliers de dirigeants et j&rsquo;ai appris que de nombreuses organisations r\u00e9compensent les mauvaises choses.<\/p><p>Certaines organisations s&rsquo;efforcent de r\u00e9compenser les gens pour ce qu&rsquo;elles consid\u00e8rent comme les bonnes choses : obtenir les bons r\u00e9sultats de la bonne mani\u00e8re. Mais ce qu&rsquo;elles r\u00e9compensent r\u00e9ellement, souvent en termes de promotions et d&rsquo;avantages professionnels, ce sont des choses comme \u00ab\u00a0ne pas faire de vagues\u00a0\u00bb, l&rsquo;anciennet\u00e9, la gestion de leur image, le fait de travailler dur, mais pas de mani\u00e8re intelligente (SMART). <\/p><h3><span style=\"color: #3b3b3b;\"><strong>Transformer les mauvaises r\u00e9compenses en bons r\u00e9sultats<\/strong><\/span><\/h3><p>Voici un moyen de transformer les mauvaises r\u00e9compenses en bons r\u00e9sultats.<\/p><p><strong>1. D\u00e9couvrez ce que votre organisation r\u00e9compense r\u00e9ellement.<\/strong>  Prenez le temps de demander aux membres de votre organisation ce qui les r\u00e9compense le plus. Les r\u00e9ponses vous surprendront peut-\u00eatre. R\u00e9sistez \u00e0 l&rsquo;envie de vous laisser entra\u00eener par ces r\u00e9ponses. Ne portez pas de jugement de valeur. \u00c0 ce stade, vous n&rsquo;\u00eates qu&rsquo;un observateur. Compilez simplement la liste et demandez-leur ce qu&rsquo;ils trouveraient de plus motivant.     <\/p><p><strong>2. Ex\u00e9cutez un processus \u00ab\u00a0arr\u00eat-d\u00e9marrage-continuation\u00a0\u00bb.<\/strong>  \u00c9valuez chaque \u00e9l\u00e9ment de la liste par rapport aux r\u00e9sultats dont votre organisation et vos employ\u00e9s ont r\u00e9ellement besoin. Contribue-t-il \u00e0 l&rsquo;obtention de r\u00e9sultats ? Est-ce qu&rsquo;il nuit aux r\u00e9sultats ? Pour chaque \u00e9l\u00e9ment, identifiez le probl\u00e8me et qui contr\u00f4le la solution. Quelle r\u00e9compense arr\u00eatez-vous, que commencez-vous et que continuez-vous ?    <\/p><p><strong>3. \u00c9valuez ce que votre leadership r\u00e9compense.<\/strong>  Lorsque vos dirigeants r\u00e9compensent les mauvaises actions, vous n&rsquo;obtenez qu&rsquo;une fraction des r\u00e9sultats dont vous \u00eates capable. Cependant, comme nous voyons les d\u00e9fauts des autres plus clairement que les n\u00f4tres, il peut \u00eatre plus difficile d&rsquo;identifier et de traiter vos propres probl\u00e8mes plut\u00f4t que ceux de votre organisation. Travaillez avec un membre de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe en qui vous avez confiance pour vous assurer que votre \u00e9valuation est juste. Utilisez la m\u00e9thode \u00ab\u00a0stop-start-continue\u00a0\u00bb pour am\u00e9liorer votre propre comportement de r\u00e9compense en mati\u00e8re de leadership.   <\/p><h3><span style=\"color: #3b3b3b;\"><strong>Poursuivre la mise en place d&rsquo;un syst\u00e8me de r\u00e9compense sain dans votre organisation<\/strong><\/span><\/h3><p>&#8211;R\u00e9servez des moments et des lieux particuliers pour que votre \u00e9quipe se concentre exclusivement sur l&rsquo;\u00e9valuation des r\u00e9compenses, en veillant \u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elle relie continuellement les r\u00e9ponses \u00e0 ce qui est important pour elle, ce qui accro\u00eet les r\u00e9sultats.<\/p><p>&#8211;Ne perdez pas de vue le lien entre les bonnes r\u00e9compenses et les meilleurs r\u00e9sultats. Il ne s&rsquo;agit pas d&rsquo;un exercice acad\u00e9mique. Il ne s&rsquo;agit pas de faire en sorte que les gens se sentent bien ou qu&rsquo;ils \u00e9vacuent leurs frustrations. Ne tombez pas dans les injures et les accusations. L&rsquo;id\u00e9e n&rsquo;est pas d&rsquo;utiliser l&rsquo;\u00e9valuation des r\u00e9compenses pour punir qui que ce soit ou pour attiser le m\u00e9contentement, mais plut\u00f4t pour ce qu&rsquo;elle est cens\u00e9e \u00eatre : un outil puissant pour susciter l&rsquo;engagement des gens.    <\/p><h3><span style=\"color: #3b3b3b;\"><strong>S&rsquo;engager dans une \u00e9valuation continue pour une meilleure r\u00e9ussite<\/strong><\/span><\/h3><p>Vous obtiendrez des r\u00e9sultats, mais ne vous attendez pas \u00e0 une r\u00e9ussite du jour au lendemain.
