Pourtant, une \u00e9coute efficace est vitale pour une communication efficace. Croiriez-vous que la plupart des conflits sont de simples malentendus ?  <\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lorsque nous sommes \u00e9cout\u00e9s activement, nous nous sentons valoris\u00e9s et nous sommes beaucoup plus enclins \u00e0 nous engager et \u00e0 faire des compromis si n\u00e9cessaire.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">L&rsquo;\u00e9coute va bien au-del\u00e0 des mots. L&rsquo;observation de l&rsquo;expression faciale et du langage corporel est souvent un barom\u00e8tre bien plus pr\u00e9cis que les mots utilis\u00e9s. Par exemple, pensez \u00e0 la fa\u00e7on dont vous reconnaissez un vrai sourire d&rsquo;un faux. Un vrai sourire va jusqu&rsquo;aux yeux de la personne qui sourit. Un faux sourire se r\u00e9sume g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement \u00e0 un retroussement des l\u00e8vres.    <\/p><h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">10 conseils pour une \u00e9coute efficace<\/h3><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Voici quelques conseils pratiques pour vous aider \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper vos capacit\u00e9s d&rsquo;\u00e9coute et \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer votre communication avec les autres.<\/p><ol><li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00c9tablissez un contact visuel.  <\/strong>Regarder le visage de l&rsquo;orateur vous permet de vous concentrer sur lui et d&rsquo;\u00e9carter les autres distractions. Cela permet \u00e9galement de montrer \u00e0 l&rsquo;orateur que vous \u00eates attentif. Voici un petit conseil : remarquez la couleur des yeux de la personne.  <\/li><li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Tenez compte du langage corporel de l&rsquo;orateur.<\/strong>  L&rsquo;orateur est-il d\u00e9tendu, assis sur une chaise avec une posture ouverte ? Est-il anxieux, tripotant ses mains et jetant des coups d&rsquo;\u0153il rapides autour de lui ? Semble-t-il ferm\u00e9, les bras ou les jambes crois\u00e9s ?  <\/li><li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>G\u00e9rez votre langage corporel.<\/strong>  Inclinez vos \u00e9paules de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elles fassent face \u00e0 la personne qui parle. Hochez la t\u00eate de temps en temps. Ne faites pas plusieurs choses \u00e0 la fois&#8230; soyez attentif \u00e0 100 % !  <\/li><li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Posez des questions pertinentes.<\/strong>  Pour \u00e9couter efficacement, il faut demander \u00e0 l&rsquo;orateur de clarifier ce qu&rsquo;il dit lorsque vous n&rsquo;\u00eates pas s\u00fbr de comprendre. Poser des questions montre que vous \u00eates int\u00e9ress\u00e9. <\/li><li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Pratiquez l&rsquo;\u00e9coute r\u00e9flexive.<\/strong>  R\u00e9p\u00e9tez les id\u00e9es principales \u00e0 l&rsquo;orateur en commen\u00e7ant par quelque chose comme \u00ab\u00a0Ce que je vous entends dire, c&rsquo;est&#8230;\u00a0\u00bb.<\/li><li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Utilisez des questions ouvertes.<\/strong>  Demandez qui, quoi, o\u00f9, quand, pourquoi, comment ? Donnez \u00e0 l&rsquo;orateur le temps de r\u00e9pondre aux questions. <\/li><li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Surveillez votre ton.<\/strong>  Faites attention au ton de votre voix lorsque vous r\u00e9pondez ou posez des questions. Il est trop facile de passer pour un juge ou un interrogateur. <\/li><li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Faites preuve d&#8217;empathie.<\/strong>  Reconnaissez les difficult\u00e9s, mais veillez \u00e0 ne pas tomber dans le pi\u00e8ge des anecdotes tir\u00e9es de votre exp\u00e9rience. Vous pouvez dire : \u00ab\u00a0Je sens que vous trouvez cela plut\u00f4t difficile\u00a0\u00bb, plut\u00f4t que : \u00ab\u00a0Oh, je sais, cela m&rsquo;est arriv\u00e9 seulement comme \u00e7a&#8230;\u00a0\u00bb. <\/li><li><strong>Prenez des notes.  <\/strong>Vous montrez ainsi que ce qui est dit est important pour vous et que vous donnerez suite aux actions et aux demandes.<\/li><li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Int\u00e9ressez-vous vraiment \u00e0 la question.<\/strong>  Si vous vous contentez de faire semblant, le manque de sinc\u00e9rit\u00e9 sera \u00e9vident pour les autres.
