Cela fait beaucoup d&rsquo;heures ! Lorsque vous planifiez votre semaine de travail, vous devez vous poser la question suivante : votre horaire de travail vous permet-il d&rsquo;obtenir la meilleure productivit\u00e9 possible ? Le fait de travailler des heures suppl\u00e9mentaires nous rend-il r\u00e9ellement plus productifs ?   \n\nEn r\u00e9alit\u00e9, ce n&rsquo;est pas le cas. En fait, les \u00c9tats-Unis se classent au cinqui\u00e8me rang en termes de productivit\u00e9, derri\u00e8re des pays comme la Norv\u00e8ge, la Belgique et l&rsquo;Irlande. Pourtant, les habitants de ces pays travaillent moins d&rsquo;heures que nous. Alors, comment rendre nos heures de travail plus productives ?   \n<h3><span style=\"color: #a82e2e;\"><strong>Temps de travail contre temps productif<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\nVoici quelques faits int\u00e9ressants \u00e0 prendre en compte :\n<ol>\n \t<li>L&rsquo;individu moyen n&rsquo;est productif que 5 heures par jour, alors que notre journ\u00e9e de travail moyenne est de 8 heures, voire plus !<\/li>\n \t<li>Les pauses et les vacances n&rsquo;ont jamais \u00e9t\u00e9 aussi rares, ce qui signifie que les gens passent plus de temps \u00e0 travailler qu&rsquo;au cours des d\u00e9cennies pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes.<\/li>\n \t<li>Travailler plus signifie se sentir plus \u00e9puis\u00e9, ce qui diminue \u00e9galement la productivit\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #a82e2e;\"><strong>Pourquoi travaillons-nous autant ?<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\nLes Nord-Am\u00e9ricains ont tendance \u00e0 avoir un niveau de vie plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 que certains autres pays. Cela s&rsquo;explique en grande partie par les d\u00e9penses de confort, qui d\u00e9coulent en grande partie de nos longues journ\u00e9es de travail. Mais le fait d&rsquo;avoir plus de choses et d&rsquo;acc\u00e9der plus facilement \u00e0 la nourriture et aux divertissements ne favorise pas r\u00e9ellement une vie plus heureuse ou plus productive.  \n\nAu contraire, ces choses peuvent \u00eatre une sorte d&rsquo;\u00e9chappatoire. Nous travaillons dur, nous sommes fatigu\u00e9s, alors nous nous offrons une g\u00e2terie &#8211; un d\u00eener raffin\u00e9 ou une nouvelle tenue &#8211; plut\u00f4t que de donner \u00e0 notre corps et \u00e0 notre esprit les choses dont nous avons r\u00e9ellement besoin, comme le repos et la compagnie. \n<h3><span style=\"color: #a82e2e;\"><strong>Le bonheur est synonyme de productivit\u00e9<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\nVous voulez savoir comment maximiser votre productivit\u00e9 tout en r\u00e9duisant votre stress ? La r\u00e9ponse pourrait vous surprendre. Le bonheur !  \n\nPrendre le temps d&rsquo;investir dans votre bonheur a un impact significatif sur votre productivit\u00e9 au travail. Selon le Great Place to Work Institute, les entreprises dont les employ\u00e9s sont les plus heureux sont \u00e9galement les plus productives. Les personnes heureuses ont plus d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie, sont plus r\u00e9sistantes et souffrent moins de probl\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9.  \n\nEn d&rsquo;autres termes, faire des pauses r\u00e9guli\u00e8res et limiter votre temps de travail pour vous permettre de vous reposer et de passer du temps avec les personnes que vous aimez fait de vous un meilleur travailleur, plus productif.\n<h3><span style=\"color: #a82e2e;\"><strong>Essayez ceci pour augmenter votre productivit\u00e9<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\nR\u00e9glez une minuterie sur votre t\u00e9l\u00e9phone pour vous rappeler de faire des pauses r\u00e9guli\u00e8res au travail. Pendant votre pause, sortez et respirez profond\u00e9ment. Concentrez-vous sur un objet ou un b\u00e2timent \u00e9loign\u00e9 pour laisser vos yeux se reposer, surtout si vous travaillez sur un ordinateur. \u00c9coutez votre chanson pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e ou regardez une vid\u00e9o amusante sur YouTube. D\u00e9tournez votre esprit de votre travail pendant quelques minutes.    \n\nLorsque vous reprenez le travail, observez les sensations de votre corps. Vous sentez-vous plus \u00e9veill\u00e9 ?
