Vous souvenez-vous de ce que vous avez ressenti ?  <\/p>\n<p>Dans les ann\u00e9es 1940, Lawrence Lindahl a men\u00e9 une \u00e9tude sur la motivation des employ\u00e9s. Les r\u00e9sultats vous surprendront peut-\u00eatre. Au cours de l&rsquo;\u00e9tude, on a demand\u00e9 \u00e0 des superviseurs et \u00e0 leurs employ\u00e9s : \u00ab\u00a0Qu&rsquo;est-ce qui motive un employ\u00e9 ?\u00a0\u00bb  <\/p>\n<p><strong>La r\u00e9ponse la plus fr\u00e9quente est \u00ab\u00a0l&rsquo;appr\u00e9ciation d&rsquo;un travail bien fait\u00a0\u00bb.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>C&rsquo;est assez \u00e9tonnant pour plusieurs raisons. La premi\u00e8re est que l&rsquo;appr\u00e9ciation est gratuite ! Pour motiver un employ\u00e9, il n&rsquo;est pas toujours n\u00e9cessaire de lui offrir des primes ou des augmentations de salaire. Le simple fait de remarquer un bon travail et d&rsquo;en faire l&rsquo;\u00e9loge peut \u00eatre un facteur de motivation important.   <\/p>\n<p>Vous pensez peut-\u00eatre que notre culture et la culture de notre lieu de travail ont chang\u00e9 depuis les ann\u00e9es 1940. C&rsquo;\u00e9tait il y a longtemps, c&rsquo;est vrai. Mais les r\u00e9sultats de cette \u00e9tude ont \u00e9t\u00e9 reproduits dans de nombreuses \u00e9tudes depuis lors. \u00c0 maintes reprises, les employ\u00e9s ont clairement indiqu\u00e9 que le fait d&rsquo;entendre un chef manifester son appr\u00e9ciation fait une \u00e9norme diff\u00e9rence sur le plan du moral et du bonheur au travail.   <\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>Voici 5 id\u00e9es pour cr\u00e9er une atmosph\u00e8re d&rsquo;appr\u00e9ciation du personnel<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Soyez un mod\u00e8le d&rsquo;appr\u00e9ciation.<\/strong>  Complimentez un membre de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe devant les autres. Cela stimule le moral de l&#8217;employ\u00e9 que vous complimentez et montre aux autres qu&rsquo;ils peuvent eux aussi faire preuve d&rsquo;appr\u00e9ciation. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Donnez r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement un retour d&rsquo;information sur le coaching.<\/strong>  Soyez un coach et faites savoir aux gens que vous voulez les aider \u00e0 \u00eatre performants et \u00e0 r\u00e9ussir. Essayez de faire des suggestions au lieu de critiquer. Nous pr\u00e9f\u00e9rons tous recevoir des recommandations plut\u00f4t que de nous faire dire ce que nous devons faire ou ne pas faire !  <\/li>\n<li><strong>Faites imm\u00e9diatement l&rsquo;\u00e9loge d&rsquo;un travail bien fait.<\/strong>  Plus la r\u00e9compense est proche du comportement qui l&rsquo;a d\u00e9clench\u00e9e, plus l&rsquo;association entre le bon comportement et la r\u00e9compense sera forte. Veillez \u00e0 manifester votre reconnaissance d\u00e8s que possible afin que l&#8217;employ\u00e9 associe ces sentiments positifs au travail qu&rsquo;il a bien fait. Sa motivation n&rsquo;en sera que plus grande. Le retour d&rsquo;information positif sur place est d\u00e9sormais \u00e0 la mode ! Oubliez l&rsquo;attente de l&rsquo;\u00e9valuation annuelle. N&rsquo;oubliez pas de les \u00ab\u00a0surprendre en train de faire quelque chose de bien\u00a0\u00bb, comme le recommande l&rsquo;ouvrage classique \u00e0 lire absolument : The One Minute Manager : The One Minute Manager.     <\/li>\n<li><strong>Envoyez un message de remerciement lorsque vous remarquez que quelqu&rsquo;un fait du bon travail.<\/strong>  Un message, une note ou un courriel d&rsquo;encouragement permet \u00e0 votre collaborateur d&rsquo;avoir un souvenir tangible de votre appr\u00e9ciation, qu&rsquo;il pourra consulter ult\u00e9rieurement.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Int\u00e9grez l&rsquo;appr\u00e9ciation \u00e0 votre routine quotidienne.<\/strong>  R\u00e9servez quelques minutes chaque jour pour montrer votre appr\u00e9ciation&#8230; que ce soit pour \u00e9crire une note rapide ou simplement pour communiquer avec un employ\u00e9 ou un membre de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe qui fait un excellent travail.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>L&rsquo;appr\u00e9ciation n&rsquo;a pas besoin de cloches et de sifflets<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Le type d&rsquo;appr\u00e9ciation le plus efficace est celui qui est sinc\u00e8re et non structur\u00e9. R\u00e9sistez \u00e0 la tentation de cr\u00e9er une sorte de programme compliqu\u00e9 d&rsquo;appr\u00e9ciation des employ\u00e9s ou de lier les mots d&rsquo;appr\u00e9ciation \u00e0 d&rsquo;autres mesures incitatives, comme les programmes de primes.
