Elle a l&rsquo;air dr\u00f4le, mais elle n&rsquo;est pas loin de la v\u00e9rit\u00e9 ! <\/p>\n<p>Il est normal de s&rsquo;inqui\u00e9ter de temps en temps, mais de plus en plus de gens semblent s&rsquo;inqui\u00e9ter pour des choses insignifiantes. Ils s&rsquo;inqui\u00e8tent aussi pour les grandes choses, bien s\u00fbr, comme la sant\u00e9, les relations et les finances. <\/p>\n<p>Parce que s&rsquo;inqui\u00e9ter peut \u00eatre accablant et contre-productif, lorsque j&rsquo;ai \u00e9crit mon livre <em><a href=\"http:\/\/www.21daystohappiness.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">21 jours de bonheur<\/a><\/em>j&rsquo;ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d&rsquo;essayer de comprendre ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne par le biais de recherches et j&rsquo;ai consacr\u00e9 le chapitre \u00ab\u00a0Don&rsquo;t Worry Be Happy\u00a0\u00bb (Ne vous inqui\u00e9tez pas, soyez heureux) \u00e0 la mani\u00e8re de le r\u00e9duire. Peut-\u00eatre aimeriez-vous savoir ce qu&rsquo;il faut faire \u00e0 ce sujet ? <\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #a82e2e;\"><strong>3 strat\u00e9gies pour la tranquillit\u00e9 d&rsquo;esprit :<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #a82e2e;\">1) Entra\u00eenez-vous \u00e0 vous rattraper.<\/span><\/strong>  Lors d&rsquo;un r\u00e9cent appel t\u00e9l\u00e9phonique avec un ami, j&rsquo;ai surpris la personne en train de s&rsquo;inqui\u00e9ter 5 fois \u00e0 propos de 5 choses diff\u00e9rentes. Je ne plaisante pas. \u00ab\u00a0H\u00e9, vous vous inqui\u00e9tez encore\u00a0\u00bb. Ce que j&rsquo;ai appris, c&rsquo;est que l&rsquo;inqui\u00e9tude est une habitude mentale. On peut changer les habitudes, mais il faut d&rsquo;abord s&rsquo;en rendre compte pour y mettre fin.    <\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #a82e2e;\"><strong>2) Pratiquez le changement de pens\u00e9e.<\/strong><\/span>  Lorsque vous vous surprenez \u00e0 vous inqui\u00e9ter, d\u00e9cidez de penser \u00e0 autre chose. Je veux dire par l\u00e0 qu&rsquo;il faut penser \u00e0 quelque chose de plus positif, peut-\u00eatre un projet ou une passion qui vous fera oublier ce qui vous pr\u00e9occupe. Planifiez-vous un \u00e9v\u00e9nement, un voyage ou avez-vous des objectifs professionnels sur lesquels vous pourriez vous concentrer ? Rappelez-vous que \u00ab\u00a0l&rsquo;inqui\u00e9tude est comme une chaise \u00e0 bascule&#8230; elle vous occupe, mais ne vous m\u00e8ne nulle part\u00a0\u00bb.   <\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #a82e2e;\"><strong>3) Agir, classer ou jeter.  <\/strong><\/span>D\u00e9cidez de faire l&rsquo;une des trois choses suivantes : d\u00e9cidez d&rsquo;aborder le probl\u00e8me imm\u00e9diatement en trouvant une solution ; si vous ne pouvez rien faire pour le moment, donnez-vous un d\u00e9lai pour l&rsquo;aborder plus tard ; ou d\u00e9cidez qu&rsquo;il n&rsquo;est pas important et laissez-le de c\u00f4t\u00e9. En d&rsquo;autres termes, agissez, classez ou jetez. <\/p>\n<p>La prise de conscience et la reconnaissance sont les cl\u00e9s pour changer nos habitudes. Si vous avez tendance \u00e0 vous inqui\u00e9ter beaucoup, essayez de vous d\u00e9tendre. 95 % des choses qui nous inqui\u00e8tent ne se produisent pas. C&rsquo;est une perte de temps et d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie. Bien s\u00fbr, s&rsquo;il y a un probl\u00e8me, il faut trouver une solution&#8230; mais n&rsquo;imaginons pas et ne cr\u00e9ons pas des probl\u00e8mes qui n&rsquo;existent pas !    <\/p>\n<p>Quelles sont les strat\u00e9gies qui vous conviennent ?
