Parfois, le succ\u00e8s et le bonheur vous m\u00e8neront dans deux directions diff\u00e9rentes. <\/p>\n<p>Par exemple, vous pouvez \u00eatre heureux dans votre situation actuelle, mais si vous souhaitez un jour obtenir une promotion, vous devrez probablement renoncer \u00e0 certaines choses pour pouvoir relever de nouveaux d\u00e9fis. Vous devez toujours r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir \u00e0 ce qui est le plus important pour vous \u00e0 ce moment-l\u00e0. <\/p>\n<p>Si la r\u00e9ussite financi\u00e8re peut \u00eatre attrayante, le bonheur qui d\u00e9coule de la r\u00e9ussite personnelle dure souvent plus longtemps et est plus agr\u00e9able \u00e0 vivre.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #8d2424;\">Fixez vos objectifs de bonheur<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\nLa vie peut parfois \u00eatre frustrante ou sembler d\u00e9nu\u00e9e de sens : se lever, aller au travail, faire un tas de courses, r\u00e9p\u00e9ter ! Vous devriez vous fixer quelques objectifs cl\u00e9s pour trouver le bonheur et la r\u00e9ussite. Prenez le temps de r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir au type de vie que vous souhaitez mener. Nous sommes tous diff\u00e9rents, alors posez-vous la question : qu&rsquo;est-ce qui me rendrait vraiment heureux ?   <\/p>\n<p>Fixez-vous intentionnellement des objectifs. Divisez vos objectifs en petits morceaux et visez les \u00e9tapes qui vous m\u00e8neront \u00e0 l&rsquo;objectif principal. <\/p>\n<p>Faites preuve de souplesse. Il se peut que vous changiez d&rsquo;avis sur la r\u00e9alisation de certains objectifs \u00e0 mesure que vous en apprenez davantage sur vous-m\u00eame et sur les objectifs que vous vous \u00eates fix\u00e9s. Vos priorit\u00e9s peuvent changer parce que vous avez accept\u00e9 un nouvel emploi ou entam\u00e9 une nouvelle relation. Ce n&rsquo;est pas grave. Changer d&rsquo;avis ne signifie pas abandonner ou \u00e9chouer, mais plut\u00f4t faire preuve d&rsquo;agilit\u00e9 et d&rsquo;adaptabilit\u00e9. Ajustez vos objectifs pour qu&rsquo;ils refl\u00e8tent vos nouveaux id\u00e9aux.     <\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #8d2424;\"><strong>Soyez heureux<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\nLe bonheur et la r\u00e9ussite demandent un peu d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement. Quels sont les comportements quotidiens qui vous permettront de vous sentir bien ? <\/p>\n<p>Maintenant, fermez les yeux et pensez \u00e0 trois choses que vous voulez accomplir sur votre chemin vers le bonheur et la r\u00e9ussite.<\/p>\n<p>Notez-les. Commencez par r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir aux petites \u00e9tapes et aux actions qui vous aideront \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser ce que vous voulez vraiment. <\/p>\n<p>Placez votre liste \u00e0 un endroit o\u00f9 vous pouvez la voir tous les jours. Accrochez-la \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 du miroir de la salle de bain, sur votre r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur ou \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 de votre \u00e9cran d&rsquo;ordinateur. Faites chaque jour quelque chose qui vous aidera \u00e0 atteindre vos objectifs.  <\/p>\n<p>Le bonheur et la r\u00e9ussite sont possibles pour tout le monde, mais les d\u00e9finitions du bonheur et de la r\u00e9ussite diff\u00e8rent \u00e9galement d&rsquo;une personne \u00e0 l&rsquo;autre. Ne vous laissez pas distraire en essayant d&rsquo;atteindre des objectifs auxquels d&rsquo;autres personnes attachent de l&rsquo;importance. La vie est trop courte. Faites-vous plaisir !
