Qu&rsquo;est-ce qui vous aide dans ces moments-l\u00e0 ? Allez-vous au restaurant ? Vous allez peut-\u00eatre voir un nouveau film ? Vous rendez visite \u00e0 un ami ? Vous vous promenez ? Le jogging ou la salle de sport vous procurent-ils un sentiment de bien-\u00eatre ?<br \/>\nPeut-\u00eatre trouvez-vous de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie en faisant du shopping. Ou peut-\u00eatre vous offrez-vous un th\u00e9 glac\u00e9 avec des amis pour surmonter votre m\u00e9contentement. <\/p>\n<p>Nous avons tous nos m\u00e9thodes pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9es pour nous d\u00e9barrasser d&rsquo;une journ\u00e9e maussade. Parfois, ces m\u00e9thodes suffisent \u00e0 nous faire sentir mieux sur le moment. Mais la science nous apprend quelque chose d&rsquo;int\u00e9ressant sur la mani\u00e8re d&rsquo;atteindre le vrai bonheur.  <\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 l&rsquo;heure actuelle, les scientifiques sont en train de nous montrer que le bonheur ne peut nous parvenir que par un changement interne et des habitudes quotidiennes positives. D&rsquo;autres choses peuvent am\u00e9liorer notre humeur pour un moment, et ce n&rsquo;est pas une mauvaise chose. Mais le vrai bonheur, celui qui dure, ne vient pas en suivant les derniers films ou en partageant une tourn\u00e9e de cocktails ou de bi\u00e8res avec des amis.  <\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #a82e2e; font-size: x-large;\"><strong>Apprenez la m\u00e9ditation comme habitude de bonheur<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Prenons l&rsquo;exemple des <a href=\"https:\/\/news.wisc.edu\/meditation-produces-positive-changes-in-the-brain\/\">recherches men\u00e9es par Richard Davidson, neuroscientifique \u00e0 l&rsquo;universit\u00e9 du Wisconsin<\/a>, et Jon Kabat-Zinn, du centre m\u00e9dical de l&rsquo;universit\u00e9 du Massachusetts.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9tude a port\u00e9 sur 41 personnes stress\u00e9es, mais par ailleurs en bonne sant\u00e9, travaillant dans une entreprise de biotechnologie du Wisconsin. 25 participants ont \u00e9t\u00e9 initi\u00e9s \u00e0 la m\u00e9ditation attentive, qui consiste \u00e0 se concentrer sur ce que l&rsquo;on vit au moment pr\u00e9sent, comme les \u00e9motions, les pens\u00e9es et les autres sensations. Le groupe de 25 personnes s&rsquo;est r\u00e9uni quelques heures par semaine pour apprendre la m\u00e9ditation de pleine conscience. Il a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 demand\u00e9 \u00e0 chaque membre du groupe de m\u00e9diter chez lui \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une m\u00e9ditation guid\u00e9e pendant une heure par jour. Apr\u00e8s six semaines de formation, tous les participants ont assist\u00e9 \u00e0 une retraite de m\u00e9ditation.    <\/p>\n<p>Les 16 autres ont servi de groupe de contr\u00f4le et n&rsquo;ont pas re\u00e7u de formation \u00e0 la m\u00e9ditation jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 la fin de l&rsquo;\u00e9tude.<\/p>\n<p>Au bout de huit semaines, les chercheurs ont recueilli des donn\u00e9es sur les fonctions c\u00e9r\u00e9brales dans les zones qui s&rsquo;activent lorsque nous nous sentons positifs et heureux. Les r\u00e9sultats ont confirm\u00e9 que les participants \u00e0 qui l&rsquo;on avait enseign\u00e9 la m\u00e9ditation pr\u00e9sentaient une fonction c\u00e9r\u00e9brale accrue dans ces zones, ainsi qu&rsquo;un renforcement mesurable de leur syst\u00e8me immunitaire. <\/p>\n<p>Non seulement l&rsquo;utilisation de leur esprit a aid\u00e9 ces sujets d&rsquo;\u00e9tude \u00e0 se sentir plus heureux, mais elle a \u00e9galement aid\u00e9 leur corps \u00e0 devenir plus sain !<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #a82e2e; font-size: x-large;\"><strong>Pas pour vous ? Vous avez lu les \u00e9tudes sur le sujet, mais vous \u00eates tout simplement trop occup\u00e9 ou trop actif ? C&rsquo;est ce que je pensais, puis j&rsquo;ai appris qu&rsquo;il existe de nombreuses fa\u00e7ons de m\u00e9diter. Si vous pouvez respirer, vous pouvez m\u00e9diter ! J&rsquo;ai explor\u00e9 diff\u00e9rentes fa\u00e7ons de m\u00e9diter qui correspondent \u00e0 ma personnalit\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0excit\u00e9e\u00a0\u00bb et ma pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e est la m\u00e9ditation march\u00e9e.
