Certes, lorsqu&rsquo;il est v\u00e9cu, le stress donne de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie, mais \u00e0 long terme, il nuit \u00e0 nos performances. <\/p>\n<p>Le stress est la r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 la perception d&rsquo;un danger. Dans les situations difficiles, l&rsquo;adr\u00e9naline lib\u00e9r\u00e9e nous permet d&rsquo;\u00eatre rapides, forts et agiles. C&rsquo;est tr\u00e8s pratique sur le moment, mais \u00e0 long terme, cela nuit \u00e0 notre sant\u00e9 physique et psychologique.  <\/p>\n<p>Voici les <strong><span style=\"color: #a82e2e;\">2 conseils les plus efficaces<\/span><\/strong> que je recommande dans ma pratique.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #a82e2e; font-size: x-large;\">1-Respirer lentement et profond\u00e9ment<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En ralentissant notre respiration, nous envoyons \u00e0 notre cerveau le signal que nous contr\u00f4lons la situation. Cela nous permet de mieux r\u00e9agir, car nous sommes plus efficaces lorsque nous sommes calmes que lorsque nous sommes anxieux ou \u00e9puis\u00e9s. <\/p>\n<p>Un outil pratique pour contr\u00f4ler notre respiration est la <strong><span style=\"color: #2a2a2a;\">la coh\u00e9rence cardiaque<\/span><\/strong>. Cette m\u00e9thode de surveillance des rythmes cardiaques a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9couverte par des chercheurs am\u00e9ricains, puis largement diffus\u00e9e par le Dr David Servan-Schreiber. <\/p>\n<p>On estime que le nombre moyen de respirations compl\u00e8tes li\u00e9es aux \u00e9motions positives et au bien-\u00eatre se situe entre 5 et 7 par minute, selon les personnes. Par \u00ab\u00a0respiration compl\u00e8te\u00a0\u00bb, nous entendons des inspirations longues et profondes et une expiration totale : le cycle dure environ 10 secondes au total (5 secondes d&rsquo;inspiration, 5 secondes d&rsquo;expiration). <\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #a82e2e;\"><strong>Conseil rapide<\/strong>:<\/span> essayez ceci&#8230; Pour vous guider dans votre respiration, voici <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=NhhJH0VGBrk\">une vid\u00e9o avec des instructions.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>En outre, je vous sugg\u00e8re de t\u00e9l\u00e9charger l&rsquo;APP <a href=\"https:\/\/itunes.apple.com\/ca\/app\/respirelax\/id515900420?mt=8\">RespiRelax-iOs<\/a> ou <a href=\"https:\/\/play.google.com\/store\/apps\/details?id=com.thermesallevard.respi_relax\">RespiRelax-Androidon sur<\/a>votre smartphone, afin que vous puissiez facilement \u00ab\u00a0d\u00e9stresser\u00a0\u00bb entre deux crises en cinq minutes environ !<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #a82e2e; font-size: x-large;\">2 &#8211; Apprendre \u00e0 d\u00e9dramatiser<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le stress, comme nous l&rsquo;avons d\u00e9j\u00e0 mentionn\u00e9, est avant tout caus\u00e9 par nos perceptions ou notre interpr\u00e9tation des \u00e9v\u00e9nements. Si vous pensez qu&rsquo;une situation est grave ou n\u00e9gative, votre stress augmente automatiquement. \u00c0 l&rsquo;inverse, si vous pensez qu&rsquo;il y a une solution \u00e0 tout et que les choses pourraient \u00eatre pires, votre stress diminue.  <\/p>\n<p>Une chose que j&rsquo;aime faire pour aider \u00e0 d\u00e9dramatiser est tir\u00e9e du livre <a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.ca\/s?k=don%27t+sweat+the+small+stuff&amp;i=stripbooks&amp;crid=3UVALSC9EPHIC&amp;sprefix=don%27t+sweat%2Cdigital-text%2C144&amp;ref=nb_sb_ss_i_1_11\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><em>Don&rsquo;t Sweat the Small Stuff<\/em><\/a>. Ce livre pose la question suivante : \u00ab\u00a0Est-ce que cela aura de l&rsquo;importance dans un an ? En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, la r\u00e9ponse est NON ! La plupart du temps, nous sommes stress\u00e9s par des choses qui sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement r\u00e9solues rapidement. Nous avons tendance \u00e0 g\u00e9rer plusieurs urgences et crises par semaine, auxquelles nous trouvons le plus souvent des solutions.
