Lorsque les relations familiales se passent bien, nous nous sentons beaucoup plus heureux et mieux arm\u00e9s pour faire face \u00e0 des situations stressantes dans d&rsquo;autres domaines de notre vie. Quel meilleur moyen d&rsquo;accro\u00eetre notre bonheur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral que d&rsquo;investir dans le bonheur de nos relations familiales ?  <\/p>\n<p>Voici cinq conseils pour cr\u00e9er et renforcer des relations familiales heureuses, que vous pouvez mettre en pratique d\u00e8s maintenant. Chacune de ces actions ne prend qu&rsquo;une minute ou deux. Essayez-les toutes. Voyez comment elles am\u00e9liorent le bonheur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de votre famille.   <\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>1. Cr\u00e9ez des occasions d&rsquo;exprimer votre gratitude<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Installez un bol ou un bocal avec quelques bouts de papier \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9. Chaque jour, peut-\u00eatre juste avant le d\u00eener, demandez aux membres de la famille d&rsquo;\u00e9crire quelque chose dont ils sont reconnaissants. P\u00e9riodiquement, par exemple lorsque le bol est plein, lors de la c\u00e9l\u00e9bration du Nouvel An, etc., lisez les notes de reconnaissance en famille.<\/p>\n<p>Cela vous donne l&rsquo;occasion d&rsquo;entendre ce qui est important dans la vie des membres de votre famille. Cela vous permet \u00e9galement de revivre ensemble ces moments positifs. <\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>2. Donnez souvent des commentaires positifs<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Tout le monde aime se sentir appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 et savoir qu&rsquo;il a fait du bon travail ou que quelque chose qu&rsquo;il a fait \u00e9tait sp\u00e9cial pour vous. Faites en sorte de complimenter les membres de votre famille lorsqu&rsquo;ils font quelque chose d&rsquo;utile ou de bien. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Conseil en mati\u00e8re de relations :<\/strong> Si vous remarquez beaucoup plus de conflits que d&rsquo;habitude dans votre foyer, essayez ceci. Suspendez toute critique pendant deux semaines. Ne dites rien de critique et concentrez-vous plut\u00f4t sur les bonnes choses que font les membres de votre famille. Soyez pr\u00e9cis et sinc\u00e8re. Voyez ce qui se passe au bout de deux semaines.    <\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>3. Affichez les photos des \u00e9v\u00e9nements familiaux dans la maison<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Encadrez la photo du poisson que vous avez attrap\u00e9 lorsque vous \u00e9tiez sur le lac avec votre fils. Accrochez au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur la photo de vous avec vos filles au zoo. Imprimez la photo de vous et de votre partenaire au sommet d&rsquo;une randonn\u00e9e et placez-la sur votre commode. Utilisez un cadre num\u00e9rique pour faire d\u00e9filer plusieurs exp\u00e9riences. Certains types de cadres num\u00e9riques vous permettent m\u00eame d&rsquo;ajouter de nouvelles photos par WiFi.    <\/p>\n<p>En affichant ces photos \u00e0 un endroit o\u00f9 vous pouvez les voir dans votre maison, vous verrez des images qui vous rappelleront ces moments positifs avec votre famille, et vous vous sentirez plus heureux.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>4. Cr\u00e9ez des zones sans appareils \u00e9lectroniques<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Cela peut signifier qu&rsquo;il n&rsquo;y a pas de t\u00e9l\u00e9phone, de t\u00e9l\u00e9vision ou d&rsquo;autres appareils \u00e0 table, ou qu&rsquo;il n&rsquo;y a pas de t\u00e9l\u00e9phone ou d&rsquo;appareil pendant les dix premi\u00e8res minutes du trajet en voiture. Profitez de ce temps pour vous parler. Posez des questions ouvertes. \u00c9coutez sans toujours attendre d&rsquo;avoir une chance de r\u00e9pondre.   <\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>5. Mangez r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement ensemble<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Pour certaines familles, il est impossible de se r\u00e9unir autour de la table tous les soirs en raison des horaires vari\u00e9s de chacun, et ce n&rsquo;est pas grave ! Mais cela ne doit pas signifier que vous n&rsquo;avez jamais l&rsquo;occasion de vous r\u00e9unir autour d&rsquo;un repas. <\/p>\n<p>Essayez d&rsquo;organiser au moins un repas r\u00e9gulier par semaine o\u00f9 vous pouvez \u00eatre ensemble. Ma famille mange ensemble le dimanche et j&rsquo;attends avec impatience ce moment pour me retrouver. <\/p>\n<p>Si les d\u00eeners ne sont pas possibles, pourquoi ne pas prendre le petit-d\u00e9jeuner tous les samedis et dimanches ? Ou peut-\u00eatre un d\u00e9jeuner une fois par semaine ? <\/p>\n<p>N&rsquo;ayez pas peur de sortir des sentiers battus. L&rsquo;important est d&rsquo;avoir des moments r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9s o\u00f9 vous vous rapprochez des membres de la famille d&rsquo;une mani\u00e8re positive. Manger ensemble est un moyen simple d&rsquo;y parvenir. Quelles que soient nos occupations, nous devons tous manger, n&rsquo;est-ce pas ?   <\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>Faites v\u00f4tres ces stimulants du bonheur<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>N&rsquo;h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 adapter ces conseils de bonheur \u00e0 votre style de vie et \u00e0 vos relations. L&rsquo;important est de continuer \u00e0 investir dans vos relations familiales de mani\u00e8re positive afin de promouvoir le bonheur de chaque membre. Au lieu d&rsquo;un pot de gratitude, vous commencez un repas en famille en partageant avec chacun un \u00e9v\u00e9nement positif survenu au cours de la journ\u00e9e ou de la semaine.
