Dans son \u00e9tude de 2005, le Dr Martin E. P. Seligman, le p\u00e8re de la psychologie positive que je pr\u00e9sente dans mon livre 21 Days to Happiness, a demand\u00e9 \u00e0 des participants de remettre en main propre des lettres \u00e0 des personnes les remerciant d&rsquo;avoir fait quelque chose de gentil : <a href=\"http:\/\/mybook.to\/21DaystoHappiness\">21 Days to Happiness<\/a>, a demand\u00e9 \u00e0 des participants de remettre en main propre des lettres \u00e0 des personnes les remerciant d&rsquo;avoir fait quelque chose de gentil. Les personnes qui ont fait cela ont ressenti une augmentation imm\u00e9diate de leur bonheur, et les effets ont dur\u00e9 des mois apr\u00e8s la remise de la lettre. La gratitude peut \u00eatre une force puissante qui apporte le bonheur \u00e0 nous-m\u00eames et aux autres. Voici cinq fa\u00e7ons de partager votre gratitude et d&rsquo;augmenter votre niveau de bonheur.    <\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #993300;\">1. Remettez en main propre une note remerciant quelqu&rsquo;un pour sa gentillesse<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Tout comme les participants \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tude du Dr Seligman, vous pouvez \u00e9crire et remettre en main propre un mot, une carte ou une lettre \u00e0 une personne que vous n&rsquo;avez jamais remerci\u00e9e pour sa gentillesse. Il suffit de quelques instants pour \u00e9crire un petit mot de remerciement \u00e0 une personne pour sa gentillesse. Vous pouvez rendre la note aussi simple ou \u00e9labor\u00e9e que vous le souhaitez. L&rsquo;important est d&rsquo;exprimer vos remerciements et de transmettre le message \u00e0 la personne que vous souhaitez remercier. Bien entendu, si la remise en main propre n&rsquo;est pas pratique, un simple texte, un courriel ou un courrier feront l&rsquo;affaire !    <\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #993300;\">2. Commencez un journal de gratitude<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Dans le cadre d&rsquo;une \u00e9tude sur la gratitude, les participants ont not\u00e9 chaque semaine cinq choses pour lesquelles ils se sentaient reconnaissants. Ils ont fait \u00e9tat d&rsquo;un plus grand optimisme et d&rsquo;une diminution des maux de t\u00eate, des rhumes et des probl\u00e8mes de peau. <\/p>\n<p>Le fait de noter vos b\u00e9n\u00e9dictions ou les choses pour lesquelles vous \u00eates reconnaissant dans un journal vous permet \u00e9galement de feuilleter les entr\u00e9es pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes et de r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir \u00e0 ce que vous avez \u00e9num\u00e9r\u00e9. Vous pouvez instaurer un rituel annuel consistant \u00e0 passer en revue tout ce que vous avez not\u00e9 dans le journal au cours de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e \u00e9coul\u00e9e. Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;une activit\u00e9 int\u00e9ressante \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser avec un partenaire, des amis ou des membres de votre famille. Cette habitude a un tel impact que j&rsquo;ai choisi d&rsquo;y consacrer un chapitre entier en proposant diverses suggestions pour en faire une habitude.   <\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #993300;\">3. Faites quelque chose de gentil pour quelqu&rsquo;un d&rsquo;autre<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Un acte de gentillesse peut \u00eatre aussi simple que de tenir la porte \u00e0 un \u00e9tranger ou d&rsquo;aller chercher un caf\u00e9 pour un coll\u00e8gue ou un ami. Il ne s&rsquo;agit pas n\u00e9cessairement d&rsquo;un grand geste, m\u00eame si cela peut aussi donner \u00e0 quelqu&rsquo;un l&rsquo;impression d&rsquo;\u00eatre sp\u00e9cial. L&rsquo;avantage de faire quelque chose de gentil pour les autres est que cela augmente notre bonheur, quelle que soit l&rsquo;importance de la faveur.  <\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #993300;\">4. Soyez pr\u00e9sent<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>\u00c0 l&rsquo;approche des f\u00eates de fin d&rsquo;ann\u00e9e, veillez \u00e0 ne pas laisser les listes de choses \u00e0 faire et les projets de vacances envahir les espaces calmes de votre esprit. Veillez \u00e0 rester dans l&rsquo;instant pr\u00e9sent tout au long de votre journ\u00e9e, en particulier lorsque vous discutez avec d&rsquo;autres personnes. Si vous remarquez que votre esprit s&rsquo;\u00e9gare, ce n&rsquo;est pas grave. Il n&rsquo;y a pas de honte \u00e0 avoir ! Ramenez simplement votre attention sur le moment pr\u00e9sent.    <\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #993300;\">5. Laissez la gratitude vous guider cette saison<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Alors que vous pr\u00e9parez les f\u00eates de fin d&rsquo;ann\u00e9e, pensez aux choses dont vous \u00eates le plus reconnaissant. Y a-t-il une personne que vous \u00eates reconnaissant d&rsquo;avoir dans votre vie ? Y a-t-il des activit\u00e9s dont vous \u00eates reconnaissant d&rsquo;avoir la chance de faire l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience ? Trouvez des moyens d&rsquo;int\u00e9grer ces personnes ou ces activit\u00e9s \u00e0 vos f\u00eates de fin d&rsquo;ann\u00e9e. Il peut s&rsquo;agir de planifier un repas d&rsquo;amiti\u00e9 avec les personnes que vous aimez ou de prendre le temps de discuter autour d&rsquo;un caf\u00e9.
