Avec le temps, cette pratique deviendra une seconde nature et favorisera un environnement de soutien o\u00f9 chacun se sentira valoris\u00e9 et encourag\u00e9 \u00e0 se surpasser.   <\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #993300;\">2. Cr\u00e9ez des liens sociaux<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9tablissement de liens sociaux cr\u00e9e un sentiment de communaut\u00e9 au sein de l&rsquo;entreprise.
