Voici <strong>trois conseils<\/strong> pour augmenter votre joie et \u00eatre plus \u00ab\u00a0zen\u00a0\u00bb pendant les f\u00eates. <\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #993300;\">1. Autorisez-vous \u00e0 mettre \u00e0 jour vos plans.<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Si vous redoutez un \u00e9v\u00e9nement ou un aspect particulier des vacances, prenez le temps de vous arr\u00eater et d&rsquo;en examiner les raisons. Redoutez-vous un \u00e9v\u00e9nement particulier parce qu&rsquo;il est situ\u00e9 dans un endroit difficile d&rsquo;acc\u00e8s ? Vous sentez-vous d\u00e9pass\u00e9 par le nombre de choses qui encombrent votre calendrier et souhaiteriez-vous vraiment faire une pause dans cette agitation ?  <\/p>\n<p>Prenez le temps de comprendre les causes du stress li\u00e9 aux f\u00eates de fin d&rsquo;ann\u00e9e. Une fois que vous avez compris de quoi il s&rsquo;agit, posez-vous quelques questions : <\/p>\n<p>Que se passera-t-il si vous ne participez pas \u00e0 cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement ? Est-il indispensable que vous y assistiez ? Pourriez-vous faire une apparition pendant une heure, puis vous excuser gracieusement ? Vous pouvez envisager de les programmer de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 avoir quelque chose de sp\u00e9cial \u00e0 attendre avec impatience le lendemain de quelque chose que vous n&rsquo;\u00eates pas aussi enthousiaste \u00e0 l&rsquo;id\u00e9e de faire, ou comme une pause au milieu d&rsquo;une semaine qui sera certainement tr\u00e8s charg\u00e9e.      <\/p>\n<p>En inscrivant les choses qui vous tiennent \u00e0 c\u0153ur sur le calendrier, vous vous assurez de ne pas arriver \u00e0 la fin de la p\u00e9riode des f\u00eates avec l&rsquo;impression d&rsquo;avoir manqu\u00e9 les choses qui comptent pour vous.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #993300;\">3. Trouvez des moyens simples de donner.<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Donner pendant les f\u00eates nous aide \u00e0 capturer la joie en la r\u00e9pandant.
