Les personnes qui menaient une vie joyeuse s&rsquo;adonnaient \u00e9galement \u00e0 une pratique quotidienne de la gratitude. Qu&rsquo;est-ce que cela signifie ?   <\/p>\n<p>Pratiquer la gratitude va plus loin que d&rsquo;avoir une \u00ab\u00a0attitude de gratitude\u00a0\u00bb, m\u00eame si c&rsquo;est un bon point de d\u00e9part. La pratique de la gratitude consiste \u00e0 prendre des mesures ou \u00e0 passer du temps \u00e0 r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir d\u00e9lib\u00e9r\u00e9ment aux exp\u00e9riences, aux relations et aux choses pour lesquelles nous sommes reconnaissants. <\/p>\n<p>Cette ann\u00e9e, \u00e0 l&rsquo;approche des f\u00eates, prenez le temps de vous arr\u00eater et de r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir aux moments dont vous \u00eates reconnaissant. Voici cinq fa\u00e7ons simples d&rsquo;int\u00e9grer la gratitude dans votre vie.   <\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #993300;\">1. Tenez un journal de gratitude<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Tenez un journal et engagez-vous \u00e0 y \u00e9crire tous les jours. Fixez un moment pour le faire, par exemple juste avant de vous coucher ou le matin au r\u00e9veil. Faites la liste de trois choses pour lesquelles vous \u00eates reconnaissant. Si vous pr\u00e9f\u00e9rez l&rsquo;approche technologique, il existe de nombreuses applications telles que <a href=\"https:\/\/apps.apple.com\/us\/app\/three-good-things\/id1212999482\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">3 Good Things<\/a> ou <a href=\"https:\/\/apps.apple.com\/us\/app\/5-minute-journal-self-care\/id1062945251\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">5 Minute Journal<\/a>, qui vous permettent de noter les choses dont vous \u00eates reconnaissant. Une fois que vous aurez pris l&rsquo;habitude de le faire, vous aurez peut-\u00eatre du mal \u00e0 vous limiter \u00e0 trois choses par jour !    <\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #993300;\">2. Cr\u00e9ez une jarre de gratitude<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Placez un grand vase ou un bocal dans un endroit central de votre maison, avec des bouts de papier et un stylo. \u00c9crivez chaque jour sur un bout de papier une chose dont vous \u00eates reconnaissant et placez-la dans le bocal. Pensez \u00e0 fixer un moment de la journ\u00e9e o\u00f9 vous ajoutez quelque chose dans le bocal.  <\/p>\n<p>Fixez \u00e9galement un moment du mois ou de la saison o\u00f9 vous vous asseyez et lisez les notes contenues dans le bocal. Peut-\u00eatre chaque dimanche soir, afin d&rsquo;aborder une nouvelle semaine de travail avec un \u00e9lan de gratitude. Vous pouvez le faire seul ou en famille et peut-\u00eatre lire vos \u00ab\u00a0meilleurs moments\u00a0\u00bb ensemble pendant les f\u00eates de fin d&rsquo;ann\u00e9e !  <\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #993300;\">3. Faites une promenade de d\u00e9gustation<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Chaque jour, faites une <a href=\"https:\/\/ggia.berkeley.edu\/practice\/savoring_walk\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u00ab\u00a0promenade de d\u00e9gustation\u00a0\u00bb.<\/a> Passez une vingtaine de minutes \u00e0 marcher dehors. Laissez votre esprit ralentir et remarquez les formes des arbres, le bruit du vent et la sensation du soleil sur votre visage. Faites une pause pour appr\u00e9cier ces choses et exprimez votre gratitude \u00e0 leur \u00e9gard.   <\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #993300;\">4. Appr\u00e9cier en s&rsquo;abstenant<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Notre vie est confortable \u00e0 bien des \u00e9gards. Nous avons de quoi manger, de l&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 et un acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l&rsquo;internet. Nous avons acc\u00e8s aux livres et aux m\u00e9dias dans les magasins et les biblioth\u00e8ques.  <\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;une des fa\u00e7ons de pratiquer la gratitude est de choisir de s&rsquo;abstenir d&rsquo;une exp\u00e9rience agr\u00e9able pendant un certain temps. Vous pouvez essayer de renoncer aux sucreries, \u00e0 votre caf\u00e9 au lait pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9 achet\u00e9 en magasin, ou essayer de vous d\u00e9sintoxiquer des m\u00e9dias sociaux pendant un certain temps, par exemple une semaine ou deux. <\/p>\n<p>Chaque fois que l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience dont vous avez d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de vous passer vous manque, faites une pause pour r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir \u00e0 la joie que ces objets ou exp\u00e9riences apportent \u00e0 votre vie et \u00e0 votre gratitude \u00e0 leur \u00e9gard.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #993300;\">5. R\u00e9digez une lettre de remerciement et envoyez-la<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Nous avons tous v\u00e9cu des exp\u00e9riences qui nous ont touch\u00e9 sur le moment. Il s&rsquo;agit de moments o\u00f9 quelqu&rsquo;un d&rsquo;autre nous a aid\u00e9s ou nous a encourag\u00e9s au bon moment. Pensez \u00e0 une fois o\u00f9 cela vous est arriv\u00e9 et \u00e9crivez \u00e0 la personne qui vous a encourag\u00e9 ou aid\u00e9 un mot de remerciement pour son aide. Faites-lui savoir \u00e0 quel point cela compte pour vous. Il n&rsquo;est pas n\u00e9cessaire de r\u00e9diger une longue note. Il n&rsquo;est m\u00eame pas n\u00e9cessaire d&rsquo;envoyer une carte physique, m\u00eame si le fait de recevoir une note personnelle par la poste a quelque chose de sp\u00e9cial. L&rsquo;essentiel est d&rsquo;exprimer votre gratitude \u00e0 quelqu&rsquo;un \u00e0 propos d&rsquo;un moment important.      <\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #993300;\">Partagez la gratitude, la joie et le bonheur avec vos proches<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>D\u00e9couvrez d&rsquo;autres fa\u00e7ons d&rsquo;adopter la gratitude en lisant mon livre, <a href=\"http:\/\/mybook.to\/21DaystoHappiness\"><i>21 jours de bonheur<\/i><\/a>.
