Mais c&rsquo;est aussi parfois la p\u00e9riode la plus charg\u00e9e de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e. Avec toutes les c\u00e9l\u00e9brations suppl\u00e9mentaires, les courses additionnelles et les changements de temps, les f\u00eates de fin d&rsquo;ann\u00e9e peuvent entra\u00eener un stress suppl\u00e9mentaire, mais ce n&rsquo;est pas une fatalit\u00e9. Voici cinq conseils simples pour passer des f\u00eates de fin d&rsquo;ann\u00e9e dans la joie.   <\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #993300;\">1. Limitez votre liste de choses \u00e0 faire<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Personne ne peut tout faire, et essayer de le faire est une recette de stress et de conflit dans votre vie. Lorsque vous vous asseyez pour dresser votre liste de choses \u00e0 faire, limitez le nombre d&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e9ments que vous pouvez ajouter. Les f\u00eates sont synonymes de c\u00e9l\u00e9brations et d&rsquo;\u00e9v\u00e9nements suppl\u00e9mentaires, de courses et de cuisine, et toutes ces t\u00e2ches prennent du temps en plus de nos engagements quotidiens normaux. Inscrivez la joie au calendrier<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Quelles sont les choses que vous attendez avec le plus d&rsquo;impatience pendant les f\u00eates de fin d&rsquo;ann\u00e9e ? Faites le point avec votre corps<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Tout au long des vacances, prenez le temps d&rsquo;\u00e9couter votre corps. Avez-vous soif ? Avez-vous besoin d&rsquo;une collation ou d&rsquo;un repas sain pour refaire le plein d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie ? Avez-vous besoin de repos ?   <\/p>\n<p>Prenez le temps de r\u00e9pondre aux besoins de votre corps d\u00e8s que vous le pouvez. Lorsque nous ne r\u00e9pondons pas aux besoins de notre corps, celui-ci trouve souvent un moyen plus bruyant de les faire conna\u00eetre. Sauter un repas peut nous rendre nerveux ou nous donner mal \u00e0 la t\u00eate. Plus nous ignorons nos besoins, plus il nous faut de temps pour r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer. Veillez \u00e0 prendre r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement des nouvelles de votre corps pour continuer \u00e0 vous sentir en pleine forme.    <\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #993300;\">4. Donner<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Les occasions de faire du b\u00e9n\u00e9volat ne manquent pas en cette p\u00e9riode de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e, et il n&rsquo;y a rien de tel que la joie que procure le fait de donner aux autres. En cette p\u00e9riode de f\u00eates, instaurez une tradition de g\u00e9n\u00e9rosit\u00e9 avec votre famille, vos amis ou vos coll\u00e8gues.
