La pression est forte pour que les choses soient faites rapidement et avec pr\u00e9cision, et parfois, c&rsquo;est plus facile \u00e0 dire qu&rsquo;\u00e0 faire. Une grande partie de notre travail exige de sortir des sentiers battus et de r\u00e9soudre des probl\u00e8mes, ce qui n&rsquo;est pas facile \u00e0 faire \u00e0 la demande. Alors, comment am\u00e9liorer l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 de votre travail ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il existe de nombreuses fa\u00e7ons d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 au travail. C&rsquo;est un \u00e9l\u00e9ment tellement essentiel de la r\u00e9ussite et du bonheur que nous proposons une session de formation ax\u00e9e sur des strat\u00e9gies efficaces de gestion du temps, des priorit\u00e9s et de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie. Voici cinq de mes conseils pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9s pour am\u00e9liorer l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 au travail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-6cf69d9cd52c0172e3b9257c2ccd15d5\" style=\"color:#993300\">1. \u00ab La technique du salami \u00bb : D\u00e9composer les t\u00e2ches en \u00e9tapes simples.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Les t\u00e2ches vastes et complexes peuvent facilement devenir \u00e9crasantes. Si vous avez du mal \u00e0 commencer une t\u00e2che, essayez la \u00ab technique du salami \u00bb : d\u00e9composez-la en petites \u00e9tapes. Ensuite, engagez-vous \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser une ou deux \u00e9tapes avant de faire une pause ou de vous rendre \u00e0 une r\u00e9union.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lorsque nous nous engageons \u00e0 accomplir une t\u00e2che simple, le travail ne nous para\u00eet soudain plus aussi d\u00e9courageant. Au lieu de vider toute notre bo\u00eete aux lettres \u00e9lectronique, nous nous engageons simplement \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre aux cinq messages les plus urgents dans l&rsquo;imm\u00e9diat. Ensuite, nous pouvons passer aux cinq suivants, et ainsi de suite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-c6c24320f722a60fc625b3442f0f0e37\" style=\"color:#993300\">2. Utilisez la technique Pomodoro.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La technique Pomodoro est tr\u00e8s appr\u00e9ci\u00e9e chez KCC. Cette m\u00e9thode d&rsquo;am\u00e9lioration de la productivit\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9e par Francesco Cirillo, qui utilisait un minuteur de cuisine en forme de tomate pour g\u00e9rer son travail. R\u00e9glez le minuteur sur 25 minutes de travail, suivies d&rsquo;une pause de cinq minutes. Apr\u00e8s quatre s\u00e9ries, faites une pause plus longue de 15 \u00e0 30 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette m\u00e9thode permet d&rsquo;accro\u00eetre la concentration et d&rsquo;\u00e9viter l&rsquo;\u00e9puisement. Essayez cette technique avec une application ou directement sur YouTube pour augmenter votre productivit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-92e9dd5a25719e3e875c46c201bd96b1\" style=\"color:#993300\">3. Bougez votre corps pour vous d\u00e9coincer.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Une grande partie de notre travail exige de l\u2019agilit\u00e9 mentale et des capacit\u00e9s de r\u00e9solution de probl\u00e8mes. Si vous avez du mal \u00e0 \u00ab\u202fd\u00e9marrer\u202f\u00bb votre cerveau et \u00e0 stimuler votre cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9, essayez d\u2019aller marcher. L\u2019exercice physique augmente votre rythme cardiaque et stimule la circulation sanguine vers le cerveau, ce qui vous rend plus alerte et vous aide \u00e0 g\u00e9n\u00e9rer de nouvelles solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-d5d3f7e75145ce8d3389d94e33b2dd06\" style=\"color:#993300\">4. Encouragez-vous.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La motivation est importante pour chacun d\u2019entre nous. C\u2019est ce petit plus qui nous aide \u00e0 tenir bon quand les choses se compliquent, et qui nous pousse \u00e0 avancer en pensant \u00e0 ce qui nous attend de positif. La motivation peut provenir d&rsquo;un large \u00e9ventail de sources. Peut-\u00eatre qu\u2019organiser une petite comp\u00e9tition amicale avec un coll\u00e8gue pour voir qui termine une t\u00e2che en premier peut vous motiver \u00e0 passer \u00e0 l\u2019action. Vous r\u00e9compenser en vous offrant un cappuccino ou en regardant une courte vid\u00e9o peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre utile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-a12ae2bb0e0d9ec2e535248c43069aa1\" style=\"color:#993300\">5. R\u00e9duisez les interruptions.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Identifiez les principales sources de distraction dans votre espace de travail. Il peut s&rsquo;agir du d\u00e9sordre sur votre bureau, du bruit d&rsquo;une conversation qui se d\u00e9roule pr\u00e8s de vous ou d&rsquo;un coll\u00e8gue qui vous interrompt fr\u00e9quemment pour vous poser des questions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Restez proactif. Prenez un moment pour mettre de l&rsquo;ordre dans le d\u00e9sordre. Envisagez d&rsquo;utiliser une application de bruit blanc ou de porter des \u00e9couteurs pour bloquer les sons perturbateurs. Fixez un rendez-vous ult\u00e9rieur avec votre coll\u00e8gue pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 ses questions, en l&rsquo;informant que vous n&rsquo;\u00eates pas disponible pendant un certain temps.
