La bonne nouvelle, c&rsquo;est que le stress n&rsquo;a pas \u00e0 prendre le dessus. Avec quelques outils et habitudes simples pour g\u00e9rer le stress, vous pouvez vous sentir plus serein, avoir les id\u00e9es plus claires et vous remettre plus vite sur pied lorsque des difficult\u00e9s surviennent.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Voici 4 strat\u00e9gies pratiques pour vous aider \u00e0 g\u00e9rer votre stress et \u00e0 vous sentir au meilleur de votre forme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-c975f75ed58ccbbcda427adbf48f5e8e\" style=\"color:#993300\"><a>1. Utilisez la technique de respiration \u00ab 4-4-4-4 \u00bb pour apaiser votre corps et votre esprit.<\/a><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se concentrer sur sa respiration est l&rsquo;un des moyens les plus rapides d&rsquo;apaiser \u00e0 la fois son corps et son esprit. Cela permet de ralentir le rythme cardiaque, de calmer les pens\u00e9es qui s&#8217;emballent et de se recentrer sur le moment pr\u00e9sent. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une technique simple que j&rsquo;appr\u00e9cie beaucoup est la <strong>respiration 4-4-4-4<\/strong>, \u00e9galement appel\u00e9e \u00ab <strong>respiration carr\u00e9e<\/strong> \u00bb. Il suffit d&rsquo;inspirer en comptant jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 4, de retenir son souffle pendant 4, d&rsquo;expirer pendant 4, puis de retenir \u00e0 nouveau son souffle pendant 4. R\u00e9p\u00e9tez ce cycle plusieurs fois. Certaines personnes aiment visualiser un carr\u00e9 pendant qu&rsquo;elles respirent, en tra\u00e7ant un c\u00f4t\u00e9 \u00e0 chaque compte de 4.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c7a peut para\u00eetre presque trop simple, mais ne sous-estimez pas cette technique. Prenez une marche\u2026 \u00e0 votre fa\u00e7on.<\/a><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une autre fa\u00e7on simple d&rsquo;apaiser votre corps et votre esprit consiste \u00e0 vous lever et \u00e0 aller marcher.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ce qui fait tout le charme de la marche, c\u2019est qu\u2019il n\u2019y a pas une seule \u00ab bonne \u00bb fa\u00e7on de la pratiquer. Certains jours, vous aurez peut-\u00eatre besoin d\u2019une marche \u00e9nergisante pour vous vider la t\u00eate et vous remonter le moral. D\u2019autres jours, une marche plus lente et plus consciente vous aidera peut-\u00eatre \u00e0 vous sentir plus calme et plus ancr\u00e9.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vous pourriez m\u00eame essayer de pratiquer la \u00ab marche de la curiosit\u00e9 \u00bb. Mettez-vous au d\u00e9fi de remarquer cinq choses que vous n\u2019aviez jamais remarqu\u00e9es auparavant : une plante aux couleurs vives, un b\u00e2timent original ou un sourire amical. On peut d\u00e9penser beaucoup d\u2019\u00e9nergie \u00e0 souhaiter que les choses soient diff\u00e9rentes, mais cela nous aide rarement \u00e0 nous sentir mieux. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c0 la place, demandez-vous : <strong>\u00ab Qu&rsquo;est-ce qui rel\u00e8ve de mon contr\u00f4le en ce moment ? \u00bb<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Coinc\u00e9 dans un embouteillage? Vous ne pourrez peut-\u00eatre pas faire avancer les voitures plus vite, mais vous pouvez peut-\u00eatre r\u00e9p\u00e9ter une pr\u00e9sentation, \u00e9couter un podcast motivant, appeler un ami, \u00e9couter votre musique pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e ou mettre en pratique votre nouvelle technique de respiration 4-4-4-4. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lorsque le stress se fait sentir, concentrez-vous sur la prochaine action positive que vous pouvez entreprendre. Parfois, il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;avoir une conversation importante ou de s&rsquo;attaquer \u00e0 une t\u00e2che que vous repoussez depuis un moment. D&rsquo;autres fois, il n&rsquo;y a peut-\u00eatre rien \u00e0 r\u00e9gler sur le moment, et la meilleure chose \u00e0 faire est de prendre une grande inspiration, de l\u00e2cher prise et de garder votre \u00e9nergie pour les choses sur lesquelles vous avez une influence.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Apr\u00e8s tout, la vie est trop courte pour la passer \u00e0 se battre contre les embouteillages. \ud83d\ude0a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-e0b2ebc734d3dd684dbb92060f39bb51\" style=\"color:#993300\"><a>4. Ne comptez pas sur les autres pour deviner ce que vous pensez.<\/a><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a>Beaucoup de situations stressantes ne sont pas dues \u00e0 de mauvaises intentions. Elles sont dues \u00e0 des suppositions. <\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une date limite a \u00e9t\u00e9 mentionn\u00e9e, mais quelqu&rsquo;un a manqu\u00e9 la r\u00e9union. Les priorit\u00e9s ont chang\u00e9, mais tout le monde n&rsquo;en a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 inform\u00e9. Une personne pensait que le projet \u00e9tait urgent, tandis qu&rsquo;une autre estimait qu&rsquo;il pouvait attendre la semaine prochaine.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quand les attentes ne sont pas claires, le stress a tendance \u00e0 combler les lacunes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&rsquo;un des moyens les plus simples de r\u00e9duire le stress inutile consiste \u00e0 communiquer d\u00e8s le d\u00e9but et r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement. Soyez clair sur les priorit\u00e9s, les d\u00e9lais, les responsabilit\u00e9s et les changements d&rsquo;orientation. R\u00e9p\u00e9tez les messages importants plus souvent que vous ne le pensez n\u00e9cessaire. Ce qui vous semble \u00e9vident peut \u00eatre une information tout \u00e0 fait nouvelle pour quelqu&rsquo;un d&rsquo;autre.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Que votre \u00e9quipe utilise les e-mails, Teams, Slack, les SMS ou m\u00eame des pigeons voyageurs, le choix de l&rsquo;outil importe moins que son utilisation r\u00e9guli\u00e8re. Quelques minutes suppl\u00e9mentaires consacr\u00e9es \u00e0 la communication aujourd&rsquo;hui peuvent \u00e9viter des heures de confusion et de frustration plus tard. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-740b539dcf53b9b7b5ea536624bfecb3\" style=\"color:#993300\"><a>Rappelez-vous : vous \u00eates humains<\/a><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le stress fait partie de la vie.
