KCC was founded in 2012 with one clear mission: to make workplaces happier and more successful. It all started with Ingrid Kelada, a positive psychology expert and happiness specialist with over 30 years of experience, who believed that performance and well-being should go hand in hand.
Since then, our team has been helping businesses boost engagement, leadership, and results, all while keeping things fun and practical.

A positive psychology expert and happiness enthusiast, Ingrid has spent 30+ years helping people thrive at work and in life. She’s also the author of 21 Days to Happiness and brings energy, humor, and eye-opening insights to every session. Expect “aha!” moments and a good dose of motivation.
☀️ When she’s not inspiring others, Ingrid lives on a golf course in the summer and by the beach in the winter, a lifestyle that reflects the balance, joy, and well-being she helps others create.
Certified Coach & Trainer
Jean-François is a leadership and talent development expert with 20+ years of experience. His superpower? Helping people unlock their Version 2.0 by leveraging their strengths. His coaching and training style is engaging, practical, and all about results.
⚽ Outside of work, JF is an avid ultimate frisbee athlete and a committed soccer coach, bringing the same energy, strategy, and team spirit to the field as he does in every session.
Pat has been helping clients for over 25 years, helping them navigate career and leadership transitions with confidence. As an ICF-certified coach, she brings a global perspective and deep industry experience to the table.
🎬 Outside of coaching, Pat loves to cook and is a true movie buff. Whether in the kitchen or in conversation, she brings creativity, curiosity, and a genuine passion for connecting with people.
Office Manager & Customer Experience
The glue that holds KCC together, Marie-Josée ensures everything runs smoothly. She coordinates projects, manages operations, and creates seamless client experiences, all with a smile!
🌀 Known as KCC’s “Chaos Coordinator,” MJ thrives in dynamic environments. She brings a sharp eye for detail and a get-it-done attitude to everything she does. No chaos is too big, and no detail too small!
